Arabian Oud Oman: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

Oman has a toll-free customer care number, 80073400, which is the easiest option from inside the country. WhatsApp is on the shared +966 92 000 9692 line, which carries a Saudi prefix, so expect it to be an international chat. The Oman email is wecare.om@arabianoud.com.

Hours are 8am to 6pm, Sunday through Thursday. The head office is in Bosher, Muscat, in Madinat Al Erfan, on the 6th floor of Tower 3 at Muscat Pavilion. The Oman return policy page itself lists no contact details, only the returns portal and the branches.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery within Oman costs OMR 3, with the amount depending on your area, and the page gives no basket value at which it becomes free. Orders go out through a shipping company and arrive within 1 to 9 working days; the final shipping and tax figures are confirmed at checkout.

You track the parcel on the shipping company's website. The policy page does not name the courier or list how much the fee varies between areas, so read the shipping line at checkout and keep the tracking details from your order confirmation. Changing or cancelling an order is not covered in the pages we read.

Returns and exchanges

An unopened perfume can be returned up to 7 days after purchase or exchanged up to 15 days after. It must be in its original state and packaging with all accessories and labels, and you need the receipt or proof of payment. Opened or used perfumes, oud wood, oud oil and partly used gift bags are not accepted. Exchanges are limited to the same product with a manufacturing defect, so changing to another perfume means a return followed by a new order.

2. Enter your order number and mobile number.
3. Select the order that contains the item.
4. Complete the return request, or take the item to any Arabian Oud branch instead.

Refunds

The refund is paid to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 3 to 7 business days, with up to 14 in some cases, and the Oman policy does not give a different timing for each method. Because the shipping charge applies to every order here, ask the team whether it is included when you request a return; the policy does not say.

Payment

Oman orders can be paid with a credit card or Apple Pay, or in cash when the courier arrives; the shipping page confirms cash on delivery is available in Oman. Instalment services are not offered on this store. Current offers are on our Arabian Oud Oman coupon page.
