Customer service
Qatar has a local customer care number, +974 4019 7784, and the store also uses the shared Arabian Oud WhatsApp line, +966 92 000 9692; the site's Contact us button opens WhatsApp with an inquiry message already typed. For written questions, the Qatar address is wecare.qa@arabianoud.com.
Working days are Sunday through Thursday, between 8am and 6pm. The head office is on Al Sadd Street 343, area 39, building 41, in Doha. If a question concerns an order, give the order number and the mobile number on the order in your first message.
Delivery and tracking
Orders under QAR 200 pay a flat QAR 20 for shipping; above QAR 200 it is free. A shipping company delivers inside Qatar within 1 to 9 working days, and the final shipping and tax figures are confirmed as you complete the order.
To follow the parcel, use the shipping company's website. The policy page does not name the company, so use the courier details in your order confirmation. How to edit or cancel an order after placing it is not covered in the pages we read; if you need to, call the Qatar number during working hours as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted for 7 days after purchase and exchanges for 15, but only for perfumes that have not been opened. The item must be in the condition it arrived in, inside its original box with all accessories and labels, and you need a receipt or proof of payment. Oud wood and oud oil cannot come back at all, nor can opened perfumes or partly used gift bags. A faulty item is exchanged for the same product; to change your choice of scent, return it and buy the other one in a new order.

- Submit the request; or, if you prefer, take the item to any Arabian Oud branch instead.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method you used. The Qatar policy gives 3 to 7 business days as the usual processing time and up to 14 in some cases, without separate timings for cards, Apple Pay or cash. If you paid cash at the door, ask the team how the money will be returned when you open the request, since the policy does not explain that case.
Payment
