Customer service
Bahrain's customer care phone number is +973 8003 3083, and WhatsApp runs on the shared +966 92 000 9692 line. The Bahrain email address is wecare.bh@arabianoud.com. The team is available Sunday through Thursday, from 8am until 6pm.
The head office is at shop 1209, building 2102, road 2825, block 428 in Seef, Manama. Returns themselves go through the online portal or a branch, so the office is mainly useful as a point of reference.
Delivery and tracking
The Bahrain shipping page now lists free shipping anywhere in the kingdom on orders over BHD 20, and BHD 2 on orders under BHD 20. It does not say which applies to an order of exactly BHD 20, so check the shipping line at checkout in that case. Couriers deliver within 1 to 9 working days, and shipping and taxes are confirmed when you complete the order.
Tracking is done on the shipping company's website; take the courier and tracking details from your order confirmation, since the policy page does not name the company. The pages we read do not cover changing or cancelling an order.
Returns and exchanges
Counting from the day you buy, a return must be requested within a week (7 days), an exchange within 15 days. What you send back has to be unopened and as it was sold, in the original packaging with its accessories and labels, together with a receipt or proof of payment. Opened or used perfumes, oud wood, oud oil and gift bags that are partly used are excluded. An exchange is only for a manufacturing defect and brings the same product; a different perfume requires a return and a new order.

Refunds
Whatever you paid with is where the money goes back. Expect it after somewhere between three and seven working days; a few refunds stretch to fourteen. Card, Apple Pay and cash payments are not given separate timings. If you paid cash on delivery, ask how the refund will be paid when the team confirms your return.
Payment

The shipping page leaves this open. Above BHD 20 the page says shipping is free and below it BHD 2 is charged, but the round figure itself is not addressed. Check the shipping line at checkout, or add a small item such as incense to go clearly above BHD 20.
How do I track my Arabian Oud parcel in Bahrain?
On the website of the shipping company carrying it. Bahrain deliveries take 1 to 9 working days, and the store hands them to a courier but does not name it on the policy page. Use the tracking details in your order confirmation, and contact customer care if they are missing.
What if my perfume arrives with a defect?
Ask for an exchange within 15 days of purchase. A manufacturing defect is the only reason Arabian Oud exchanges an item, and it gives you the same product again. Partly used items are normally excluded, but the policy makes an exception when the fault is a manufacturing defect.
Can I return an online order at an Arabian Oud branch?
Yes. Any Arabian Oud branch can complete a return or exchange, as an alternative to the online portal. Take the sealed perfume in its original packaging with its accessories and labels, and a receipt or proof of payment, within 7 days of purchase for a return.
