As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 1 live offer for Arabian Oud in the UAE: 1 from the store itself and 0 listed on coupon sites. Arabian Oud in the UAE: free delivery from AED 0; returns within 7 days.
The UAE store ships every order free, so a working code would be pure saving, but the two codes reported for it were rejected when we tried them on 17 October 2026. Watch for the store's own sales on selected perfumes instead; the last one ended on 17 October.

How to use a Arabian Oud code
- Open the Arabian Oud store for your own country (for example the Saudi or UAE site), since each store runs its own prices and offers.
- Check the product page first: sale prices on selected perfumes appear there automatically, with no code needed.
- Add your items and open the cart, where the field for a discount code sits before checkout.
- Enter the code and apply it, then read the cart total to see whether any discount was taken off.
- Before paying, check whether the basket has passed your country's free-shipping threshold, which often saves more than a code.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Shipping is free on every Arabian Oud order in the UAE, with no minimum basket. That makes the UAE the only Gulf store where a single small item, such as one bottle or a pack of incense, costs nothing extra to deliver. There is no reason to add items just to reach a threshold.
Delivery takes 1 to 9 business days, a wider range than the 1 to 5 days quoted in Saudi Arabia. If you need a perfume for a particular date, such as a gift, order well ahead. The free-shipping rule is listed as an official store offer, so it applies whether or not you use a code and whether or not the item is on sale.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
In the UAE you have 7 days from purchase to return a perfume and 15 days to exchange it, more than double the Saudi store's window. The perfume has to be unopened and in its original packaging. As on every Arabian Oud store, opened perfumes, agarwood, oud oil and partly used gift sets are not accepted back.
Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 3 to 7 business days, though they can occasionally take up to 14. If you are unsure about a scent, the 15-day exchange window gives more room than a return, so you can swap for another fragrance while the bottle is still sealed. Whether return shipping is free is not published for the UAE store.
Paying for Arabian Oud orders in the UAE
The UAE store accepts credit cards and Apple Pay, and lets you spread the cost through Tabby or Tamara. It is one of only two Arabian Oud stores in the Gulf with these instalment services, the other being Saudi Arabia.
Cash on delivery is not listed for the UAE, so plan to pay online. For a larger order, such as a gift set, Tabby or Tamara can be chosen at checkout to split the payment; the facts do not give the number of instalments. Refunds return to whichever method you used. Customer service for the UAE is by WhatsApp on +966920009692, Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm, so messages sent on Friday or Saturday may wait until Sunday.

Before you pay at Arabian Oud in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Arabian Oud lists a delivery fee of AED 0 in the UAE; count it when you compare the saving from a code.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.

- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Arabian Oud in the UAE
- Order a single bottle if that is all you need; UAE delivery costs nothing at any basket size.
- Use the 15-day exchange window to swap a sealed perfume you are unsure about, rather than opening it to test.
- Pick Tabby or Tamara at checkout for a gift set, since cash on delivery is not offered here.
- Check the UAE offers page often: the most recent half-price sale there closed on 17 October 2026.
