How to use a Arabian Oud code
- Open the Arabian Oud store for your own country (for example the Saudi or UAE site), since each store runs its own prices and offers.
- Check the product page first: sale prices on selected perfumes appear there automatically, with no code needed.
- Add your items and open the cart, where the field for a discount code sits before checkout.
- Enter the code and apply it, then read the cart total to see whether any discount was taken off.
- Before paying, check whether the basket has passed your country's free-shipping threshold, which often saves more than a code.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Arabian Oud Kuwait charges KWD 2 for shipping on orders below KWD 25. Once the basket reaches KWD 25, delivery is free; this is listed as an official store offer. Orders take 1 to 9 business days to arrive.
Since no codes are circulating for the Kuwaiti store, the threshold is where most of your saving comes from. If a basket sits at, say, KWD 23, adding a small item costing less than KWD 2 brings it over the line for less than the fee itself. Incense or a home fragrance is a sensible filler, but avoid using agarwood or oud oil as a filler unless you really want them, because those cannot be returned. When the store runs a sale on selected perfumes, the reduced prices count toward the subtotal at their sale value.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Perfumes bought from the Kuwaiti store can be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 15. They must be unopened, in the original packaging, and you need proof of purchase, so keep the order confirmation or invoice. Returns are refused for opened perfume and oud oil, and also for agarwood and partly used gift sets.
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, normally within 3 to 7 business days and occasionally up to 14. For a KNET payment, that means the money returns to the same bank card. Whether the KWD 2 shipping fee is refunded when you send an order back is not published. If you are deciding between two scents, the exchange window gives you twice as long as the return window.
Paying for Arabian Oud orders in Kuwait
The Kuwaiti store accepts KNET, credit cards and Apple Pay. KNET is listed directly, so you can pay with a local debit card without a credit card. Tabby and Tamara are listed as not available in Kuwait, and cash on delivery is not among the payment options in our facts.
That means every order is paid upfront online. For questions about payment or an order, Arabian Oud lists a Kuwait phone number, +96522204972, plus the WhatsApp line +966920009692, both available Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm. If a payment goes through but the order does not appear, contact them within working hours with your KNET or card reference.

Before you pay at Arabian Oud in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from KWD 25; below that it costs KWD 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- You have 7 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.

Tips for saving at Arabian Oud in Kuwait

- Pay with KNET directly if you do not have a credit card; instalment services are not offered in Kuwait.
- Keep your invoice, since returns in Kuwait need proof of purchase as well as a sealed bottle.
- Call +96522204972 for order questions during Sunday to Thursday working hours.
