How to use ARABIAN75
- Add items to your basket in the Arabian Oud app or website.
- At checkout, paste ARABIAN75 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names ARABIAN75 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a Arabian Oud code
- Open the Arabian Oud store for your own country (for example the Saudi or UAE site), since each store runs its own prices and offers.
- Check the product page first: sale prices on selected perfumes appear there automatically, with no code needed.
- Add your items and open the cart, where the field for a discount code sits before checkout.
- Enter the code and apply it, then read the cart total to see whether any discount was taken off.
- Before paying, check whether the basket has passed your country's free-shipping threshold, which often saves more than a code.
Delivery and fees in KSA
Arabian Oud ships free within Saudi Arabia once an order passes SAR 200, and that figure is measured before VAT. A basket that shows a little over SAR 200 at checkout including tax may therefore still not qualify, so look at the subtotal before VAT. The fee for orders under the threshold is not published in our facts.
Orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days, the fastest delivery window of the six Gulf stores. If you are close to the threshold, a small add-on such as incense can tip the basket over; just remember that agarwood and oud oil cannot be returned, so choose an add-on you actually want. The Pink October sale, at 50% off selected perfumes until 31 October 2026, can make it easier to reach SAR 200 with fewer items, though the sale price lowers the subtotal too.
Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has the tightest rules of any Arabian Oud store. You can return a perfume within 3 days of purchase or exchange it within 7, provided it is unopened, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase. Opened perfumes, agarwood, oud oil and partly used gift sets are excluded. Returns start online: fill in the form at rtn.arabianoud.com using your order number and mobile number, after which the e-commerce team gets in touch.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, or up to 14 for credit cards. If you paid cash on delivery, the money comes back by bank transfer within 7 to 14 business days, so have your bank details ready. Because the clock starts at purchase, not delivery, a parcel that takes several days to arrive leaves very little time to decide.
Paying for Arabian Oud orders in Saudi Arabia
The Saudi store accepts more payment methods than any other Arabian Oud store in the Gulf. You can pay with mada or a credit card, use STC Pay or Apple Pay, split the bill through Tabby, Tamara or MisPay, or pay cash on delivery. A fee for cash on delivery is not published.
Your choice affects how quickly a refund lands. Card and wallet refunds return to the same method within 3 to 7 business days, with credit cards taking up to 14. Cash on delivery refunds are slower, at 7 to 14 business days by bank transfer. Given the 3-day return window, paying by mada or card is the smoother option if there is any chance you will send the perfume back. Customer service is on 920009692 by phone or WhatsApp, Saturday to Thursday 9am to 10pm and Friday 2pm to 10pm.

Before you pay at Arabian Oud in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 200. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 3 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Arabian Oud in Saudi Arabia
- Check the subtotal before VAT, not the final total, when aiming for the SAR 200 free-shipping line.
- Before trying a code, see whether the perfume is in the half-price sale; the price drops on the product page and ends on 31 October 2026.
- Count the 3-day return window from the purchase date, and leave the perfume sealed until you decide.
- Pay by mada or card rather than cash if you may return, since cash refunds take 7 to 14 business days by bank transfer.
