How to use a Ajmal code
- Open the Ajmal store for the country you live in; each Gulf store delivers only within its own country, so the UAE site cannot send to Kuwait, for example.
- Add your perfumes, oils or bakhoor to the basket and go to checkout.
- Enter the coupon in the discount code box at checkout and make sure the total drops before you continue.
- Look at the total after the discount: if it has fallen below your country's free-delivery threshold, the delivery fee will be added back.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery; card or Apple Pay is safer if you might need a refund, since a cash-on-delivery order is never refunded as cash.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Ajmal UAE charges AED 15 for delivery on orders below AED 200 and nothing above it. Those rates assume a parcel of up to 5 kg; heavier shipments add AED 2 for each extra kilogram, which only tends to matter for large gift-set or bakhoor orders.
Orders arrive in 2 to 3 working days, and the store counts its working days as Monday to Friday, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon may not move until the following week. Delivery is within the UAE only. The store will not send to a PO box or to a freight-forwarding address, so give a full street address in the emirate where you want the parcel. If you live elsewhere in the Gulf, use the Ajmal store for that country instead.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
The UAE store gives you 7 days from delivery to raise a return request, and it accepts only two reasons: a manufacturing defect or the wrong item. A fragrance that turns out not to suit you is not covered. Agarwood products and perfume oils cannot be returned under any reason the policy lists, so treat those as final sales.
Two refund rules are worth knowing before you pay. First, delivery fees are not refunded, so the AED 15 you paid on a small order stays spent even if the item goes back. Second, an order paid by cash on delivery is not refunded in cash. If there is any chance you will need to send something back, pay by card or Apple Pay so the refund has somewhere to go.
Paying at Ajmal UAE
Ajmal's UAE store takes Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery, and cash is accepted in dirhams only. No cash-on-delivery fee is published. Tabby and Tamara are not available, so there is no way to split a large oud purchase into instalments here.
For most UAE shoppers, the decision comes down to refunds rather than convenience. Because a cash-on-delivery order is never refunded as cash, card or Apple Pay is the better choice on anything expensive or anything you have not tried before. One of the reported codes is listed as working on both the website and the app, so if a code fails on one, it is worth trying the other before giving up.

Before you pay at Ajmal in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 200; below that it costs AED 15. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 7 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Ajmal in the UAE
- Recheck the total after entering a code; landing at AED 190 instead of AED 210 costs you AED 15 in delivery.
- Order before Friday if you want the parcel within the same week, as the UAE store counts Monday to Friday as working days.
- Do not use a PO box or forwarding address; the UAE store will not deliver to either.
- Sample oud oils and perfume oils in person before ordering, because neither can be returned.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ajmal promo code in the UAE today?
Ajmal runs free delivery over AED 200 in the UAE without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). The strongest code is MAJ35: 10% off your order (unverified, last checked 17 Oct 2026).
How many Ajmal codes does Coupons Radar list for the UAE?
As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 3 live offers for Ajmal in the UAE: 1 from the store itself and 2 listed on coupon sites. Ajmal in the UAE: free delivery from AED 200; returns within 7 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
How much must I spend for free delivery at Ajmal UAE?
AED 200. Orders below that pay AED 15 for delivery, for parcels up to 5 kg. The threshold is measured after any discount, so a 10% code on a AED 215 basket leaves you just under the line and the fee returns. Add a small item if that happens.
How quickly does Ajmal deliver in the UAE?
2 to 3 working days. The UAE store counts Monday to Friday as working days, so weekend orders start moving on Monday. Delivery is to UAE street addresses only, and PO boxes and freight forwarders are refused, so make sure the address you give is where you can receive a courier.
Can I return an Ajmal perfume in the UAE if I do not like it?
No. The UAE store accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery only when the item is defective or not what you ordered. Personal taste is not a valid reason, and agarwood items and perfume oils cannot be returned at all. Testing the scent in a store before buying online avoids the problem.
Is the delivery fee refunded if I return an item?
No. Ajmal UAE says delivery fees are non-refundable. If you paid AED 15 on an order below AED 200 and later return a defective or wrong item, the refund covers the product but not that fee. It is another reason to reach the free-delivery threshold where you can.
Is there a cash on delivery fee at Ajmal UAE?
Not published. The UAE store offers cash on delivery in dirhams, but its pages do not list any extra charge for it. Bear in mind that if you pay this way and later need a refund for a defective or wrong item, the money is not returned to you in cash.
Can I use Tabby or Tamara at Ajmal UAE?
No. Neither instalment service is offered. The UAE store accepts Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery. If you want to spread the cost of a large order, splitting it into separate purchases is the only option, though each order under AED 200 then pays its own delivery fee.
Does an Ajmal UAE code work in the app?
Possibly. One of the reported 10% codes for the UAE is listed as working at checkout on both the Ajmal UAE website and the app. Ajmal does not publish its own rule on this, so if a code is refused on one channel, try the other and compare totals before you pay.
Can I order on Ajmal UAE for delivery to another country?
No. Ajmal UAE delivers to UAE addresses only. If you want to send a gift to Riyadh, Kuwait City or Muscat, order from the Ajmal store for that country instead, which has its own prices, delivery fee and free-delivery threshold.
