How to use MAJ35
- Add items to your basket in the Ajmal app or website.
- At checkout, paste MAJ35 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names MAJ35 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a Ajmal code
- Open the Ajmal store for the country you live in; each Gulf store delivers only within its own country, so the UAE site cannot send to Kuwait, for example.
- Add your perfumes, oils or bakhoor to the basket and go to checkout.
- Enter the coupon in the discount code box at checkout and make sure the total drops before you continue.
- Look at the total after the discount: if it has fallen below your country's free-delivery threshold, the delivery fee will be added back.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery; card or Apple Pay is safer if you might need a refund, since a cash-on-delivery order is never refunded as cash.
Delivery and fees in Oman
Ajmal Oman charges OMR 2 for delivery on orders below OMR 50 and delivers free above it. That threshold is high by the standard of Ajmal's Gulf stores, so many single-bottle orders will pay the fee. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
The standard rate covers parcels up to 5 kg; beyond that the store adds OMR 0.500 per extra kilogram, which is worth watching if you buy bakhoor or dakhoon in bulk. The Oman store delivers within the Sultanate only and does not deliver to PO boxes, so use a street address where a courier can reach you. For a delivery elsewhere in the Gulf, you would need the Ajmal store for that country.
Returns and refunds in Oman
The Oman store gives you 7 days from delivery to request a return, accepted only for a fault or the wrong product. Oud (agarwood) and perfume oils are excluded, which covers much of what Ajmal is best known for, so think carefully before ordering an oil you have not tried.
The Oman pages we read do not set out a refund timeline, do not say whether return shipping is free and do not describe how cash-on-delivery orders are refunded. For questions about an order, the store lists the email address estore@ajmaloman.com. Write to it promptly if a bottle arrives damaged or the wrong product turns up, include your order number and photos, and do it well inside the 7-day limit.
Paying at Ajmal Oman
Ajmal Oman accepts Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery, with cash collected in Omani rials. OmanNet is not named on the payment list, no cash-on-delivery fee is published, and Tabby and Tamara are not offered.
With a OMR 50 threshold, the reported 10% code and the delivery fee interact more often than in other countries. A OMR 54 basket drops to OMR 48.600 after a 10% code and picks up the OMR 2 fee, which still leaves you OMR 3.400 better off. In fact, because 10% of any basket above OMR 50 is more than the OMR 2 fee, the code always comes out ahead here. Where it really pays is on a large single order that stays above OMR 50 after the discount.

Before you pay at Ajmal in Oman
- Check that the site shows OMR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from OMR 50; below that it costs OMR 2. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 7 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Ajmal in Oman
- Gather purchases into one order; at OMR 50, the free-delivery line is easy to miss with one or two items.
- Buying bakhoor or dakhoon in bulk? Parcels over 5 kg add OMR 0.500 per kilogram.
- Give a street address, not a PO box, since the Oman store will not deliver to one.
- Email estore@ajmaloman.com with your order number and photos as soon as a problem shows up.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a working Ajmal promo code in Oman today?
Ajmal runs free delivery over OMR 50 in Oman without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). The strongest code is MAJ35: 10% off your order (unverified, last checked 17 Oct 2026).
How many Ajmal codes does Coupons Radar list for Oman?
As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 2 live offers for Ajmal in Oman: 1 from the store itself and 1 listed on coupon sites. Ajmal in Oman: free delivery from OMR 50; returns within 7 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
How much must I spend for free delivery at Ajmal Oman?
OMR 50. Orders below it pay OMR 2 for delivery, for parcels up to 5 kg, with OMR 0.500 per extra kilogram. That is a high bar relative to Ajmal's other Gulf stores, so combining purchases into one order is the easiest way to avoid the fee.
Does Ajmal Oman ship outside Oman?
No. The Oman store delivers within the Sultanate only, and it does not deliver to PO boxes. For an address in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or another Gulf country, use Ajmal's store for that country, which runs its own prices, codes and delivery terms.
What is the return window at Ajmal Oman?
7 days from delivery. Returns are accepted only for a fault or the wrong product, and agarwood and perfume oils cannot be returned. The store does not publish a refund timeline or say whether return shipping is free, so contact it promptly if something is wrong.
How do I contact Ajmal Oman customer service?
By email at estore@ajmaloman.com. That is the address the Oman store lists for order questions. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and photos if a bottle is damaged or the item is wrong, and write within the 7-day return window.
Does Ajmal Oman accept OmanNet?
Not listed. The Oman store names Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery in Omani rials as its payment methods. OmanNet is not on that list. If you prefer not to pay by card, cash on delivery is the alternative.
Can I pay with Tabby or Tamara at Ajmal Oman?
No. Neither instalment service is offered. Orders are paid in full by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery. Given the OMR 50 free-delivery threshold, one larger order paid in full is usually cheaper than several small ones that each pay OMR 2.
Is there a cash on delivery fee at Ajmal Oman?
Not published. Cash on delivery is available in Omani rials, but the Oman store does not mention an extra charge for it. It also does not explain how cash-on-delivery orders are refunded, so card or Apple Pay is the clearer choice for an expensive order.
Is it worth using a 10% code if it takes me below OMR 50?
Yes. On a OMR 54 basket, a 10% code brings the total to OMR 48.600, and adding the OMR 2 delivery fee gives OMR 50.600, still OMR 3.400 less than paying full price. Because 10% of any basket above OMR 50 is at least OMR 5, more than the fee, the code always comes out ahead in Oman.
