Temu UAE: delivery, returns and customer service

Temu's UAE shipping and returns pages, read on 18 October 2026, give no phone line, email address or opening hours. Raise problems from the order in your Temu account, and keep the order date to hand, since the return window and the price adjustment period are both counted in days.

Delivery and pickup in the UAE

The UAE page offers two routes: standard shipping to your door, or a pickup point where you collect it yourself, depending on the items and your location. Both are free on most orders and both are quoted at 6–20 days. No fee is published for orders that fall outside the free offer, and there is no express option listed, so read the delivery charge in your basket before paying.

Pickup suits you if deliveries to your building are unreliable or nobody is home in working hours. Home delivery suits bulky items you would rather not carry. Since the time and cost are the same, choose on convenience.

Tracking, price changes and cancelling

Track the order from your Temu account. The UAE homepage promises to adjust the price when it falls in the 30 days after you buy, so it is worth looking at the product again during that month. The UAE pages we read do not explain how to change an address or cancel an order; if you need either, act from the order page as soon as possible, before the parcel leaves the seller.

Returning an item

Most items have a 90-day return window, and inside it the opening return on any order costs you nothing. Because later returns from the same order are not described as free, it pays to decide on everything at once.

1. Open the order in your Temu account and check that the item is still inside its window.
2. Select every item from that order you want to send back, so they travel as one free return.
3. Submit the return request and follow the shipping instructions Temu shows.
4. Pack the items securely and send the parcel promptly.
5. Keep proof of sending until the refund appears.

Refunds

If you take a refund as Temu credit, that balance can only be spent on Temu purchases and cannot be cashed out. The UAE pages we read do not publish refund timings for cards or other methods, so if you would rather have the money back where it came from, choose that option when it is offered.

Payment

No accepted payment methods are listed on the UAE pages we read, so cash on delivery, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara cannot be confirmed. Prices are in AED; the checkout screen shows the methods available for your address. For codes, see our Temu UAE coupon page.
