Customer service
Neither the Bahrain shipping page nor the returns page, both read on 18 October 2026, gives a phone number, email address or hours. Support is reached from your Temu account and the relevant order. Keep the order date and, for returns, the date you made the request, since the 14-day postmark rule runs from it.
Delivery to Bahrain
Temu's Bahrain page puts no conditions on free standard shipping: every order qualifies, whatever its value. The time is 5–21 business days, so weekends and public holidays are not counted. In calendar terms, the upper end is roughly a month. The Bahrain page lists no express service and no pickup points.
Order seasonal items well ahead. For Eid or back-to-school, five weeks before you need them is a sensible margin.
Tracking, changes and cancelling
Use your Temu account to follow the parcel. The Bahrain pages do not explain how to change an order, correct an address or cancel. Check the order details as soon as you have paid, and if something is wrong, contact support from the order before it is dispatched.
Returning an item
