Customer service
The Kuwait shipping and returns pages we read on 18 October 2026 list no phone number, email or hours, so support runs through your Temu account. One deadline is stated: a parcel that does not arrive must be reported to support within 90 days of the order date. Mark that date in your calendar when you order.
Delivery to Kuwait
Kuwait gets standard delivery only: the page lists no pickup points and no express service. Standard shipping is free on most orders and takes 6–20 days. The page does not publish what non-free orders cost or a minimum for free shipping, so the cart is where you see the delivery charge, if any.
With the courier coming to your door, the address and phone number on the order do all the work. Include the block, street, building and floor or flat, and a number that will be answered, because there is no pickup counter to fall back on.
Tracking, changes and cancelling
Temu warns that a Kuwaiti delivery company may take over Kuwait orders for the last stretch, so the tracking in your account may skip steps. A quiet tracking page partway through is therefore not proof that the parcel is lost; judge it against the 6–20 day estimate. The Kuwait pages do not explain how to change an address or cancel, so check your order details right after paying and contact support from the order if something is wrong.
Returning an item
The standard return limit is 90 days; for electronics the seller sets 45, 60 or 90 days. The Kuwait pages advertise free returns, and once you submit a return the parcel must be sent within 14 days.
- Find the item's window: 90 days for most products, or 45, 60 or 90 days for electronics as shown on the product page.
- Open the order in your Temu account and select everything you are sending back.
- Submit the return request.
- Send the parcel within 14 days of submitting it.
- Keep the receipt from the carrier until the refund shows.
Refunds
The Kuwait pages we read do not say how refunds are paid or how long they take by payment method. Follow the refund status on the order after your return is sent, and keep the carrier receipt as proof that you met the 14-day sending deadline.
