Temu's Saudi shipping and returns pages, which we read on 18 October 2026, do not give a phone number, an email address or support hours. Contact therefore runs through your Temu account and the order itself. Before you get in touch, note the order date, the item and what went wrong, because both the return window and the delivery estimate are counted from dates on the order.
Delivery to Saudi Arabia
Processing takes 1–3 days and transit another 6–21, so the full wait from ordering can be as short as a week or as long as about 24 days. Standard shipping is free on most orders. The Saudi page names no charge for the exceptions, no free-shipping minimum, an express service or pickup points, so read the shipping line before you pay.
A simple rule: if you need something within three weeks, Temu is the wrong place to buy it. For gifts and school items, order a month ahead.
Tracking, changes and cancelling
