Customer service
Temu's Qatar shipping and returns pages, which we read on 18 October 2026, do not publish a phone number, an email address or support hours. Use your Temu account and the order in question to ask for help, and have the order date ready, as delivery and return timings run from it.
Delivery and pickup in Qatar
Processing takes 1–3 days, after which delivery takes 6–20 days, so allow up to about 23 days from ordering. Qatar has two options, standard shipping to your address and pickup from a collection point, and both are free on most orders. The page gives no fee for orders outside that, no minimum and no express service.
If you live in a tower with a busy reception or are rarely home during the day, pickup avoids parcels going astray. For a villa address with someone usually in, home delivery is just as simple.
Tracking, changes and cancelling
Follow the order from your Temu account. The Qatar pages do not describe changing an address, switching between delivery and pickup after ordering, or cancelling. The 1–3 processing days are the period in which any change has the best chance, so review the order as soon as you have paid.
Returning an item
The return window is 90 days for most products. Each order's first return is free, so think about the whole order before you send anything back.
- Confirm the item is within 90 days of purchase.
- Decide on every item from that order you want to return.
- Open the order in your Temu account and request the return for all of them together.
- Pack and send the parcel as instructed.
- Keep the proof of sending until the refund is complete.
Refunds
A refund taken as Temu credit can be used for purchases only and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Refund times by card or other method are not published on the Qatar pages we read, so follow the status on your order.
Payment
