noon runs one help centre for Saudi Arabia and the UAE at help.noon.com. Its articles explain delivery fees, cash on delivery, instalments and bank partnerships, and reading the relevant one is the quickest way to check a rule before you raise a problem.

The pages we read for Saudi Arabia do not list a phone number, email address or service hours for noon itself. Instalment plans are different: they are run by the partner bank, and the help centre lists a number for each bank, for example Riyad Bank on 920002470, Bank AlJazira on 920006666 and Arab National Bank on 920005555.

Delivery options and fees

There is no single delivery fee for Saudi Arabia. It is system-calculated, based on the city you ship to, which option you pick and when you order, and it is displayed on the checkout page before you place the order. The help centre lists same-day delivery, next-day delivery and bulky-item delivery, and warns that same-day and next-day may not reach every area.

The noon One membership costs SAR 29.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial that each local mobile number can use once. It includes free delivery on noon Express orders above SAR 50, and in Riyadh members get free same-day delivery on eligible orders above SAR 100. In practice, a SAR 45 Express basket still pays the fee, while a SAR 52 one does not.

Returns of instalment purchases

The Saudi pages we read do not set out noon's general return window or return steps, so check the return article in the help centre before you order anything you might return.

They do explain what happens when the item was bought on a bank instalment plan. If you return it, the full refund goes to your card or to noon credits, but you keep paying the instalments under your bank's terms. If the order is cancelled, the refund goes to the card, yet noon cannot cancel the instalment plan itself; for that you have to contact the bank.

noon credits and cashback

Cashback earned on a code lands in your noon credits once the order is delivered; it is not a checkout discount. The noon Credits page shows each balance with its own expiry. Because Saudi credits stay inside noon and cannot be paid out to a bank, the sensible habit is to use them on your next order.

Instalment payments are a separate flow: noon says an instalment transaction takes 3 to 5 business days to appear on the credit card statement. If it has not appeared after that, the bank is the right contact.

Cash on delivery, instalments and bank offers

Cash on delivery carries a SAR 18 carrier charge, and the total shown at checkout already includes the product price, the shipping fee and that charge. Cash orders are capped at SAR 6,500. Cash is not offered for locker deliveries, gift addresses, some doorstep deliveries or items that are prepaid only, and shoppers with several pending cash orders may be blocked from placing another one for a while.

Easy Installments are run by partner banks at 0% interest over 3 or 6 months, with 12 months also available from The Saudi Investment Bank. The minimum order is SAR 1,000. noon charges no interest, but the bank may add a small processing fee and can charge penalties for late payment. Cash on delivery is not eligible; prepaid cards from partner banks are. If your card qualifies, choose Easy Installments at checkout. If not, ask your bank to convert the purchase, quoting noon.com, the order date, amount, order ID from My Orders and the tenure you want.

A bank offer is triggered by paying with a qualifying card. Adding a promo code or noon credits to the same order removes it, and paying with Apple Pay means the offer is not applied.
