Customer service
Qatar is served by noon's GCC help centre at helpgcc.noon.com, shared with Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. The articles we read for Qatar cover delivery fees, returns and payment options, but none of them gives a phone number, email address or service hours, so the help centre itself is the starting point.
Delivery
Each order to Qatar carries a QAR 30 delivery fee, except the first order on an account, which is free. noon says the delivery options you see depend on the item, the seller and your location, and the exact fee is confirmed at checkout. The Qatar pages we read do not give delivery times.
Plan around one rule: once an order has been delivered, neither the delivery fee nor any cash-on-delivery fee is refunded, even if you send the item back. A QAR 60 purchase you return still costs you the QAR 30 delivery.
Sending a return
To qualify, the item must have been delivered, sit in a returnable category and be inside the 15 days after delivery. noon's GCC process is self-service: there is no collection step in the article, and you choose Self Ship as the return method and pick your own courier.
- In your noon account, go to Returns and create a new return for the item.
- Pick the return reason, describe the issue and add photos if the form prompts you.
- Choose the refund method and Self Ship, check the summary and submit.
- Print the mailing label, pack the item well and place the label inside the package.
- Give the package to your preferred courier.
- Enter the courier's tracking number in the Submit courier's tracking number section so the return is logged.
Refunds
You choose a refund method while submitting the return. If the original payment was cash, the refund goes into noon credits, and it can be moved to a bank account only when it is above QAR 100. A QAR 80 cash refund, for example, stays as credit to spend on noon. Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees are not part of any refund once the order has been delivered. The Qatar pages we read do not state how long card refunds take.
Payment options
noon Qatar takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash on delivery and the noon Wallet. With cash, you pay the courier on arrival, and the total covers the product and the delivery fee. Some items are prepaid only, and cash can be restricted for accounts with many open orders.
Wallet balance from earlier refunds can be put towards a new order, with any shortfall paid by card or cash. Apple Pay is available only in selected countries through the noon app on a supported device; if Qatar is included, it will appear at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
Does noon collect returns from my home in Qatar?
The GCC return process does not include a collection. You select Self Ship, print the label, put it inside the package and hand it to a courier you choose, then enter that courier's tracking number in your noon account so the return can be processed.
Where does the noon return label go?
Inside the package. noon's instructions are to download and print the mailing label, pack the item securely and place the printed label inside the parcel before handing it to your courier. The courier's own shipping details go on the outside as they arrange.
What happens after I enter the courier tracking number?
The return is logged and becomes ready for processing. Entering the number is the last step of the GCC return process, so do it as soon as the courier gives it to you. Your refund then follows the method you selected when you submitted the return.
Can I split a noon Qatar payment between my wallet and a card?
Yes. If the noon Wallet balance does not cover the full amount, the remainder can be paid by card or cash on delivery. This is a useful way to use small cash refunds that stay as credit because they are not above QAR 100.
Can I choose my refund method on a noon Qatar return?
Yes, you choose it while submitting the return request. Keep the payment rules in mind: if you paid cash, the refund sits in noon credits and can move to a bank only above QAR 100, and delivery or cash-on-delivery fees are not refunded after delivery.
Why can't I pay cash for some noon Qatar orders?
Some products must be paid in advance, and noon may also restrict cash on delivery when an account has too many open orders. In either case, pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or use your noon Wallet balance and cover the rest by card.
