noon Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

noon serves Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman from a separate GCC help centre at helpgcc.noon.com, where the return, delivery-fee and payment articles live. Use those articles to check a rule before you contact anyone.

For a return-shipping claim, the help centre tells you to contact noon Customer Support with your order details and a copy of the courier receipt, and it gives care@noon.com as the address for questions. A customer phone number and service hours are not listed in the pages we read.

Delivery

Delivery to Kuwait is KWD 2.5 per order, and the first order on an account ships free. The pages we read for Kuwait give no delivery timeline and no list of covered areas, so check the delivery estimate on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

How to return an item

A return is possible once the item has been shipped and delivered, if it belongs to a returnable category and you are still inside 15 days from the delivery date. In Kuwait you send the parcel yourself: the return method to choose is Self Ship.

1. Sign in, open Returns and start a new return.
2. Select the item, give a reason, add any helpful details and upload photos if asked.
3. Choose how you want to be refunded, select Self Ship, then review and submit.
4. Download and print the mailing label, pack the item securely and put the label inside the parcel.
5. Hand the parcel to a courier of your choice and keep the receipt.
6. Get the tracking number from the courier and enter it under Submit courier's tracking number; the return is then logged for processing.

Refunds and return-shipping claims

If you paid cash, the refund lands in noon credits. Once that balance is above KWD 10 it can be moved to a bank account; smaller amounts stay in the account for future orders.

The courier cost is claimed separately, and only after the refund for the item itself has arrived. Send Customer Support the order details with a clear, readable copy of the shipping receipt. After checking it, noon pays the lower of the receipt amount or AED 80 into your noon Wallet within 2 to 5 working days, and that credit stays valid for six months. Because the cap is set in dirhams, a receipt above that amount will not be covered in full, so it is worth asking couriers for a price before you hand over the parcel.

Payment options

Cards are entered at checkout and can be Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Cash on delivery means paying when the parcel arrives, and the amount due includes the product price and delivery fee. Some products must be paid in advance, so cash will not appear for them, and cash can also be restricted if your account has too many open orders.

The noon Wallet holds refunds and claim credits and can be spent on later orders. If the wallet does not cover the whole order, the rest can be paid by card or cash on delivery. Apple Pay is offered only in selected countries, in the noon app on a supported device, and appears at checkout only where it is available, so look for it there rather than assuming it.
