Getting help

The returns policy describes customer support as round-the-clock, but no Qatar-specific hours are given. Quote your order number in every message, since all Qatar orders are handled from the UAE.
Delivery to Qatar
The shipping table gives about 5 to 7 days for Qatar, for light and heavy parcels alike. Up to 20 kg, delivery costs QAR 50 on orders up to QAR 499 and is free above that. Over 20 kg, the charge is QAR 200 whatever you spend. As a worked example, a QAR 450 order of formula and clothes pays QAR 50 to ship, while a QAR 900 order that includes a 22 kg cot pays QAR 200.
Parcels leaving the UAE are carried by couriers such as Aramex and DHL, and delivery fees include insurance. Mumzworld says extra charges may apply to heavy, large or international shipments and that it will call before dispatch in that case. Customs, government or legalisation fees may also be charged in Qatar and are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking a parcel
The pages we read for Qatar do not describe tracking or editing an order. If a parcel has not arrived after 7 days, contact customer service with the order number and ask for the courier reference. Have a valid ID available, because Mumzworld may ask for a copy or photo of one and can cancel an order it cannot verify.
Cancelling
An order cancelled before it is packed is eligible for a refund, and if it has not been dispatched the refund covers shipping and customs fees too. After dispatch, those fees are no longer refundable. If you have doubts about an item, this is the moment to act: once it is on its way, only a defective item can normally be returned from Qatar.
Returning a defective item
The returns policy excludes orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia from return unless the item is defective, and it says defects must be confirmed. For warranty claims on international orders, the customer pays shipping in both directions. Hygiene products such as diapers, wipes and feeding items, custom-made products and anything installed or assembled are excluded in any case.
- Take clear photos of the defect, the label and the box.
- In My Account, open Account Information, then Returns, and select New Return / Exchange Request.
- Choose the item if it is listed, give the reason, attach the photos and a contact number, and submit.
- If the item is not listed, send the same details through the contact form.
- Follow customer service instructions on shipping; for warranty claims you cover the shipping cost.
How refunds are paid
Once an eligible return is collected, processing starts within 12 to 24 hours. You choose between the original payment method and the Mumzworld wallet: the wallet is credited in 24 to 48 hours and a credit card in 5 to 7 working days. Wallet credit can be turned back into a refund to your account within 30 days. Discounted items are refunded at the amount you paid.
Payment
Payment for Qatar is online only; cash on delivery is not available. The shipping and returns pages do not name Qatari payment networks, though the returns policy mentions cards, Apple Pay and PayPal on prepaid orders. What should I do if a Mumzworld parcel arrives damaged in Qatar?
Photograph the damage and the packaging straight away, then open a return request from My Account under Account Information and Returns, attaching the photos. If the item is not listed, contact customer service through the contact form. Damaged or defective goods are the exception that the returns policy allows for international orders, once the fault is confirmed.
If I cancel before dispatch, is the QAR 50 shipping refunded?
Yes. The shipping page says that if an order is cancelled before it is packed and has not been dispatched, the refund includes shipping and customs fees. After dispatch, the QAR 50 or QAR 200 shipping charge is kept. Contact customer service as early as possible so the cancellation reaches the warehouse before packing.
Is delivery to Qatar faster for small parcels?
No. The shipping table gives about 5 to 7 days for Qatar in both weight tiers and lists no separate, slower road option for heavy parcels. Weight changes the price, not the speed: up to 20 kg costs QAR 50 below QAR 499 and nothing above, while heavier parcels pay QAR 200.
Which items can never be returned, even from Qatar?
The policy lists hazardous goods and batteries; hygiene items such as swimwear, socks, underwear, shoes, baby carriers, diapers, wipes, teethers and feeding products; custom-made items; fully assembled or installed products such as ride-on toys; items with tampered serial numbers; and Santa delivery orders. These are excluded in every market.
Where should my refund go if I want it quickly?
Choose the Mumzworld wallet. Once processing starts, 12 to 24 hours after collection, wallet credit shows within one to two days, against 5 to 7 working days for a credit card. Should you later prefer the money in your bank account, wallet credit can be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of being issued.
Will Mumzworld contact me if my Qatar order costs more to ship?
