Mumzworld Oman: delivery, returns and customer service

Support channels

Mumzworld does not publish an Omani phone number on the pages we read. Its shipping page lists +971 4 433 9455 in the UAE and a contact form at mumzworld.com/en/contact-us, and the returns policy says support runs 24/7. For a written record of a complaint, use the form and keep the reply.

Shipping to Oman

Oman has two weight tiers with different routes. Up to 20 kg, parcels are air-shipped in 5 to 7 days and cost OMR 7 on orders up to OMR 50, with free shipping above OMR 50. Over 20 kg, parcels go by land, take 7 to 10 days and cost a flat OMR 35. A stroller and a high chair ordered together could cross that weight line, adding both cost and around three extra days.

Outside the UAE, Mumzworld uses couriers such as Aramex and DHL, and delivery fees include insurance. The store says extra charges may apply to heavy, large or international shipments and that the team will contact you before dispatch. Customs, government or legalisation fees may also apply in Oman and are paid by the recipient.

Order status

The shipping and returns pages do not explain tracking or edits for Omani orders. If an air parcel is still missing after 7 days, or a road parcel after 10, contact customer service with your order number. Mumzworld may ask for a copy or photo of a valid ID and can cancel an order it cannot verify.

Cancellation

The Gulf cancellation rule on the shipping page applies: cancel before packing and you are refunded, including shipping and customs fees while the order has not been dispatched. Once it leaves the warehouse, those fees are not returned. For heavy orders paying OMR 35, an early cancellation is the only way to get that fee back.

Returning a faulty product

Under the returns policy, orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia, which includes Oman, cannot be returned unless the item is defective, and the defect must be confirmed. International warranty claims are at the customer's expense for shipping in both directions. Excluded categories such as diapers, wipes, feeding products, batteries, custom-made goods and assembled ride-on toys cannot be returned at all.

1. Photograph the defect and keep all packaging.
2. Go to My Account, then Account Information, then Returns, and start a New Return / Exchange Request.
3. Select the item, choose the reason, attach the photo, and add notes and a phone number.
4. If the item does not appear, send your order number and photos via the contact form.
5. Agree the shipping arrangement and cost with customer service before sending anything back.

Refunds

After the carrier collects an accepted return, processing starts within 12 to 24 hours. The wallet option is the fastest at 24 to 48 hours; a credit card takes 5 to 7 working days. Orders paid by card, Apple Pay or PayPal can be refunded to that method. Wallet credit can be cancelled and refunded to your account within 30 days, and sale items are refunded at the price paid.

Payment

Omani orders are paid online, as Mumzworld offers no cash payment at the door for Oman. Omani payment networks are not named on either page; the returns policy refers to cards, Apple Pay and PayPal for prepaid orders.
