Mumzworld Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service
Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated
In short
Mumzworld has no warehouse in Kuwait: orders are sent from the UAE by courier, which shapes everything from delivery time to what you can send back. This page sets out contacts, transit times, cancellation and the narrow returns route for Kuwaiti addresses. Two figures matter most: light parcels take 5 to 7 days by air, and orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia can only be returned if the item is defective.

Customer service
Mumzworld does not publish a Kuwaiti phone number on the pages we read. The shipping page gives the UAE number +971 4 433 9455 and a contact form at mumzworld.com/en/contact-us, and the returns page describes support as available 24/7. No hours specific to Kuwait are listed, so the contact form is the simplest option if you are calling from abroad.
Shipping to Kuwait
Parcels of up to 20 kg fly in and take roughly 5 to 7 days. They cost KWD 5 when the order is worth KWD 40 or less and nothing above that. Anything over 20 kg travels by road, takes 7 to 10 days and costs a flat KWD 35 whatever the order value, so a car seat plus a stroller can tip a basket into the slower, dearer tier.
Regional parcels are carried by couriers such as Aramex and DHL, and the store says its delivery fees include insurance. For heavy or large packages and international shipments, extra charges may apply; Mumzworld says the team contacts you before dispatch if so. Government, customs or legalisation fees may also be due outside the UAE, and they are paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Tracking and order changes
The shipping and returns pages we read do not explain tracking or how to edit an order bound for Kuwait. Ask customer service for the courier details if a parcel is late, and remember that the 5 to 7 day estimate is for air parcels; road shipments over 20 kg can take up to 10 days. Mumzworld may also ask for a copy or photo of a valid ID and can cancel an order it cannot verify.
Cancelling an order
Cancel early. Under the shipping page's rule for Gulf orders, an order cancelled before it is packed qualifies for a refund, and while it has not been dispatched the refund includes shipping and customs fees. Once the parcel leaves, those fees are kept. Because a Kuwaiti order can normally only come back if it is defective, cancelling before dispatch is the main way to undo a purchase you no longer want.
Returns and faulty items
The returns policy treats orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia as international and excludes them from return unless the item is defective, and defects have to be confirmed. The 14-day window and free pickup described on the policy apply to the two home markets. For an international warranty claim, the customer pays all shipping costs, both for collection and for sending the item back.
- Photograph the fault and the packaging as soon as you notice it.
- Sign in and go to My Account, then Account Information, then Returns, and choose New Return / Exchange Request.
- If the item appears, select it, choose the reason, attach the photo, add notes and a phone number, and submit.
- If it does not appear, contact customer service through the contact form with your order number and photos.
- Wait for Mumzworld to verify the defect before sending anything.
Refunds
When a return is accepted, processing begins 12 to 24 hours after the carrier receives the item. The policy gives 24 to 48 hours for the Mumzworld wallet and 5 to 7 working days for a credit card, and prepaid card, Apple Pay and PayPal orders go back to the original method. Wallet credit can be cancelled and refunded to your account within 30 days of being issued. Sale items are refunded at the price paid at checkout.
Paying for a Kuwait order
Kuwaiti orders must be paid online, because Mumzworld offers no cash payment at the door for this country. Kuwaiti payment networks are not named on the shipping or returns pages; the returns policy refers to debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal for prepaid orders. Any customs or legalisation fees are payable by you as the recipient, on top of the order total. Discount codes are covered on the Mumzworld Kuwait coupon page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send back a Mumzworld item to Kuwait if I simply change my mind?
Not under the published policy. Orders shipped outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia are excluded from returns unless the item is defective, and the defect has to be confirmed. If you have doubts, cancel before the order is packed, when the refund still includes shipping and customs fees.
Do I get customs fees back if I cancel?
Only if the order has not yet been dispatched. The shipping page says a refund for an undispatched order includes shipping and customs fees, while after dispatch both are non-refundable. Customs or legalisation charges collected at your door in Kuwait are paid by you as the recipient.
Why is my order going by road instead of air?
Parcels heavier than 20 kg are shipped to Kuwait by land, which takes 7 to 10 days and costs KWD 35 regardless of the order value. Lighter parcels go by air in 5 to 7 days. Bulky nursery items such as cots or travel systems can push an order past the 20 kg line.
Who pays shipping on a warranty claim from Kuwait?
You do. The returns policy says that for international warranty claims the customer covers all shipping costs, both for collecting the product and for returning it. Ask customer service to confirm the claim and the cost before you send anything, and keep photos of the fault and your order number.
Which courier delivers Mumzworld orders in Kuwait?
The shipping page says regional and international deliveries use couriers such as Aramex and DHL, rather than Mumzworld's own fleet, which handles local UAE deliveries. Neither page names the courier is used for a given Kuwaiti order, so ask customer service if you need the courier's details for a late parcel.
Can the delivery charge change after I place a Kuwait order?
It can for some orders. The shipping page says extra charges may apply to heavy or large packages and to international shipments, and that the team contacts the customer before dispatch. If you get that call, you can decide then whether to go ahead or cancel while the order is still unpacked.
