iHerb Qatar: delivery, returns and customer service

Help with a Qatar order

iHerb runs its support online. The pages we read link to a help and contact area labelled 24/7 support, and they do not list a Qatar phone number, email address or WhatsApp line.

Refunds to Qatar can take several weeks, so open a support message early if something is wrong, and save every reply. Having the order number, the delivery date and the date you posted any return in one place makes a follow-up much simpler.

Delivery to Qatar

Orders for Qatar leave iHerb warehouses in Saudi Arabia on climate-controlled Global Air, so products that dislike heat are already covered without choosing a special service.

Delivery costs QAR 20 on a basket below QAR 185 and is free from QAR 185. If your basket is QAR 170, a QAR 15 item brings it to the free line for less than the QAR 20 fee. The official pages we read do not state a delivery time in days or the courier used in Qatar.

Tracking, repeat deliveries and order changes

No Qatar-specific tracking steps, change deadline or cancellation rule appear on the pages we read. If you need to fix an address or remove an item, write to the help area at once, before the parcel leaves Saudi Arabia.

Sending a product back

You have 30 days from delivery for most products and 90 days for iHerb’s own brand. Because refunds to Qatar can take a long time, proof that you sent the parcel matters as much as the request itself.

1. Check the window: 30 days for most items, 90 days for iHerb-brand items.
2. Go to Orders in your iHerb account and pick the product.
3. Describe the problem and attach photos of any damage.
4. Wait for iHerb to approve the request and send the return details.
5. Ship the parcel, then hold on to the receipt and tracking number until you are paid back.

Refund timing

iHerb takes 7 to 10 business days to process a refund once the return is handled, and because Qatar orders count as international, the money can need up to 35 days to land. In practice, if you post a return at the start of a month, it is reasonable to wait until early the following month before chasing it.

The Qatar information we hold does not say which payment method the refund goes back to or who pays the return postage, so ask when your request is approved.
