Contacting iHerb from Kuwait

There is no Kuwait phone number, email address or WhatsApp line on the official pages we read. Help is offered through the online contact area that iHerb links as 24/7 support at the top of its pages.

Because a Kuwait parcel crosses a border, write down the order number and the date the parcel arrived as soon as it lands; both are needed if you later ask about a delay, a damaged item or a return.

How orders reach Kuwait

Kuwait has a single listed delivery method. Parcels leave iHerb’s Saudi warehouses on the climate-controlled Global Air service. That means heat-sensitive products travel in the same service as everything else, with no cheaper standard option to compare.

Below KWD 18 you pay a KWD 2 charge; at KWD 18 or more, delivery costs nothing. A KWD 15 basket therefore costs KWD 17 in total; adding a KWD 3 item reaches the free line and costs only KWD 1 more than paying the fee. The pages we read do not give a delivery time in days or name a courier for Kuwait.

Tracking, repeat orders and changes

iHerb does not publish a Kuwait tracking procedure or a rule for changing or cancelling an order after payment on the pages we read. If you need a change, contact the help area straight away, before the parcel leaves the Saudi warehouse.

Returns from Kuwait

Most products can be returned within 30 days and iHerb-brand products within 90 days. The important difference for Kuwait is that no prepaid label is issued for an international order like yours, so the postage is your expense, and iHerb notes that postage and customs can change the amount you get back.

1. Confirm you are inside 30 days from delivery, or 90 days for an iHerb-brand item.
2. Go to Orders in your iHerb account and pick the product.
3. State the reason and attach photos where they help.
4. Wait for iHerb to approve the request and give the return details.
5. Post the parcel yourself, keep the receipt and tracking number, and note what you paid.

Refunds

For a low-priced item, compare the postage with the refund you expect before you send it; on a KWD 3 product the shipping can cost more than the item. The Kuwait information we hold does not give a refund time or the method the money returns to, so ask iHerb when the return is approved.

Payment and import charges

iHerb does not list Kuwait payment methods or explain how import duties are handled for Kuwait on the pages we read. Check the payment screen for the accepted options and look at the final total, including any taxes shown, before you confirm.
