How to use a Foot Locker code
- Open the Foot Locker store for the country you are shipping to; the Saudi, UAE, Kuwaiti, Qatari and Bahraini sites are separate.
- Add your items to the bag and sign in, since some listed codes are for first orders or new app customers.
- Enter the code in the promo code box at checkout and apply it.
- Check the discount line: several listed codes cover full-price items only, so a reduced pair may not qualify.
- Pick delivery and payment last, remembering that cash and Click & Collect orders may have to be returned in store.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Standard delivery costs AED 30 and arrives in 1 to 2 days, and orders above AED 399 travel free. Click & Collect is cheaper for small orders: it starts at AED 49 and is ready in 2 to 3 days, or 3 to 5 business days for remote areas. That makes collection the sensible choice for a pair of socks or a cap, where AED 30 delivery would be a large share of the price.
The delivery fee is the same AED 30 as the cash-on-delivery charge, so a small cash order sent to your door could carry AED 60 in extras. Paying by card and reaching AED 399 removes both. If you are close to the threshold, a second item you actually need is often better value than paying the fee.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
You have 14 days, and online returns are free, with a pickup from your home; you can also use any Foot Locker store in the UAE. Some items cannot go back at all: underwear and swimwear, personalised products, and items that have been used or show wear. Try trainers on indoors so the soles stay clean.
If you paid cash on delivery, the online pickup is not open to you: the return has to be made in store, and the AED 30 cash fee is not refunded. Refund timing for the UAE is not published in the facts we hold, so keep your order number and the return confirmation until the money arrives.
Paying in the UAE
The UAE store takes Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, buy-now-pay-later options and cash on delivery. Cash costs AED 30 per order, is limited to orders up to AED 3,000, and the fee is non-refundable. The facts we hold do not name the instalment provider, so check the payment step to see which plan appears.
For most shoppers a card or Apple Pay is the cheaper choice: it avoids the cash fee and keeps the free online returns route open. Customer service is on 800-74292 from 9 AM to 10 PM Saturday to Thursday and from 1 PM to 10 PM on Friday, and WhatsApp and live chat are listed too.

Before you pay at Foot Locker in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 399; below that it costs AED 30. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 30. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Foot Locker in the UAE
- Spend past AED 399 and the AED 30 delivery charge disappears, which is worth more than a 5% code on any order under AED 600.
- Pay by card or Apple Pay rather than cash to skip the AED 30 fee you cannot get back.
- Use Click & Collect from AED 49 for small items, and allow 3–5 business days if you live in a remote area.
- Keep trainers clean while you decide, because used or worn items are refused.
