How to use a Foot Locker code
- Open the Foot Locker store for the country you are shipping to; the Saudi, UAE, Kuwaiti, Qatari and Bahraini sites are separate.
- Add your items to the bag and sign in, since some listed codes are for first orders or new app customers.
- Enter the code in the promo code box at checkout and apply it.

- Pick delivery and payment last, remembering that cash and Click & Collect orders may have to be returned in store.
Delivery and fees in KSA
Home delivery becomes free once your order passes SAR 399, and it takes 2 to 5 days. The delivery page we read on 18 October 2026 does not say what you pay below SAR 399, so look at the delivery line before you confirm a smaller order.
Click & Collect is the alternative. It accepts orders from SAR 50 and takes 3 to 7 days, so it is slower than home delivery but suits small baskets. Bear in mind that a Click & Collect order can only be returned in a store, so the convenience at the start means a trip later if the size is wrong. If you need shoes by a particular date, home delivery is the quicker route; if you live near a branch and are not in a hurry, collection works well for orders well below the free-delivery bar.
Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia
You have 14 days. Online returns start from your account: open Orders, choose Return Items Online, and a courier collects the parcel within 2 to 4 working days. You can also take the item to any Foot Locker branch in Saudi Arabia. Three kinds of purchase cannot use the online route: Click & Collect orders, cash orders and items bought under multiple promotions all have to go back through a store.
Refunds arrive in two stages. After pickup, Foot Locker takes up to 3 working days to inspect the return, and your bank may then need up to 14 more working days before the money shows. Allow up to 17 working days in total before you chase a refund, and keep the return confirmation until it lands.
Paying in Saudi Arabia
The Saudi payment page lists Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and buy-now-pay-later options. It does not list cash on delivery, even though the returns rules still mention cash orders, so do not count on paying at the door; check the payment step if you want that option. The instalment providers are not named in the facts we hold, and mada is not listed either.
If you are using a code and might return something online, pay by card or Apple Pay, which keeps the home pickup available. Customer service on 8004414440 can confirm what is on offer; it answers from 9 AM to 10 PM Saturday to Thursday and from 1 PM to 10 PM on Friday, with WhatsApp and live chat as alternatives.

Before you pay at Foot Locker in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 399. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- You have 14 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Foot Locker in Saudi Arabia
- Use codes on full-price lines; at least one Saudi code is listed for non-discounted items only.
- If you may return, avoid stacking promotions, because items bought under several offers go back in store only.
- In a hurry, choose home delivery (2–5 days) over Click & Collect (3–7 days).
- Give a refund up to 17 working days: 3 for Foot Locker's check and up to 14 for your bank.

Is Click & Collect worth it in Saudi Arabia?
For small orders, yes. It is available from SAR 50 and takes 3 to 7 days, compared with 2 to 5 days for home delivery. The trade-off comes at returns time: a Click & Collect order can only be returned in a store, not through the online pickup service.

Does Foot Locker Saudi Arabia offer Tabby or Tamara?

Do Saudi Foot Locker codes work for existing customers?
Some may not. The one Saudi code listed on two sites is described by one of them as 5% for new app customers, while the other calls it 10% on everything. Other Saudi listings give no customer restriction. Apply the code while signed in; if it is refused, the new-customer limit is a likely reason.
