Shipping in the UAE

DZ2 is 10% off at https://ae.deraahstore.com/ar_ae, the UAE Deraah shop (درعه). Prices are in AED. No cap, no minimum spend and no end date were set for this code. Ten percent of AED 200 is AED 20. Ten percent of AED 700 is AED 70. The FAQ, read on 4 November 2026, is the source for the shipping and return lines on this page. The UAE FAQ says orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 working hours if placed before 10:00, with official holidays and weekends considered. Main areas then take 2 to 4 working days from the invoice, and outside main areas 3 to 6. The policies page prints a shorter main-city line of 2 to 3 working days, and the same 3 to 6 outside. It also says delivery runs Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off, and that sales and holidays can be slower. If the customer does not receive the order within 15 days of the first delivery attempt, the policies page cancels it and refunds after the shipment returns to the warehouse. Free shipping on the FAQ is from AED 190. DZ2 does not pay the shipping below that line. This page lists DZ2 only.

Returns, and a second window

The FAQ allows a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of receipt, unused, in the original condition and packaging, handed to the nearest branch after customer care confirms. A standard refund on that FAQ is 5 to 10 working days after the product is received and checked. A wrong or damaged item on the same FAQ is also 15 calendar days, with a refund of 5 to 15 working days. The policies page says 15 calendar days and a refund of 5 to 15 working days, and it excludes opened or used items, missing packaging, a removed barcode, and hair-care or health items such as Silky and Waves except for a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Free gifts have to come back with a full or partial return. A buy-one-get-two offer on the terms page must be returned in full, and that offer is not exchangeable. A separate golden-warranty section says electronic orders can be recovered within 30 days, with the original carton, an inspection of up to 2 working days, and a refund of 7 to 14 working days if accepted. Those clocks are all printed, and this page does not collapse them. DZ2 does not lengthen the return window and does not pay a fee the page did not print. Cancel from the account if the order has not been prepared or shipped. If it has, wait for the shipment to return to the main warehouse. The refund is then 5 to 15 working days.

Payment, hours and 15 branches

The UAE FAQ lists cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. It does not list mada, Apple Pay, Tamara or Tabby, so those are not added for the UAE. The UAE phone line is Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday is off. That is a different Thursday close from the Saudi FAQ.
