How to use AC37
- Add items to your basket in the The Body Shop app or website.
- At checkout, paste AC37 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names AC37 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a The Body Shop code
- In the UAE open https://thebodyshop.ae. In Saudi Arabia open https://west.thebodyshop.com.sa and use a western address: Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif or Yanbu.
- Add the skincare, hair or body product. AC37 is 10% off all products, with no cap in the terms we were given.
- Enter AC37 and read the shipping line. Free delivery starts at AED 149 in the UAE and SAR 149 on the western Saudi shop.
- Do not use a Bath & Body Works checkout. The two shops are different.
- In Saudi Arabia, stop if the address is outside the western region. The shop cancels provinces that are not on its delivery list.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
AC37 is 10% off all products at https://thebodyshop.ae. This is The Body Shop, the skincare, hair and body shop, not Bath & Body Works. The UAE delivery page, read on 2 November 2026, says standard delivery and click and collect take 3 to 4 working days. Delivery is free above AED 149 and AED 20 below that, and the same charge is written for click and collect. A single order can be split into more than one parcel. To cancel before the parcel ships, call 800111344. Once it has shipped, cancellation is treated as a return. The company line on the page is trade licence 207364, TRN 100244022800003, Dubai. Ten percent of AED 149 is AED 14.90, and of AED 300 is AED 30. There is no cap and no new-customer rule on AC37.
Returns in the UAE
Returns are 7 days from receipt. Discounted items, and products bought during a sale, can only be exchanged during that sale period. AC37 is 10% off all products, including those already reduced, so a sale item can take the code and still face that exchange limit. Goods must come back unused, in the original box and packaging, with the invoice. Opened or tampered packaging is refused. Some products are marked non-returnable. Aramex calls to collect the return if you request collection from the account. The shop bears that courier cost only when you use its courier and follow the steps. Delivery fees are deducted from the refund unless the reason is a manufacturing defect. Card refunds are described as up to 10 days after the quality check, and the page says to contact them if nothing has arrived after 14 working days. Click and collect can be returned in a store for a cash refund. Online orders are returns, not exchanges, except the sale-period exchange rule above.
Paying in the UAE
The footer shows Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is not named on the delivery page, so it is not claimed here. Tabby has its own FAQ linked from the site. A 10% code, once the field accepts it, reduces the amount an instalment plan splits. There is no minimum and no cap. On AED 80, AC37 is AED 8, and delivery is still AED 20, so the fee is larger than the saving. On AED 200, the saving is AED 20 and delivery is free if the goods stay above AED 149 after the discount. Read the shipping line after the code. Customer service for a cancellation before shipping is 800111344. This shop is thebodyshop.ae. A Bath & Body Works code does not belong in this checkout.

Before you pay at The Body Shop in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 149; below that it costs AED 20. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 7 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at The Body Shop in the UAE
- Enter AC37 on thebodyshop.ae, not on a Bath & Body Works page.
- Check the basket is still above AED 149 after the 10% if you want free delivery.
- Sale items can take the 10% and may only be exchangeable during the sale.
- Call 800111344 only before the parcel ships.
