- Add the skincare, hair or body product. AC37 is 10% off all products, with no cap in the terms we were given.

Delivery in western Saudi Arabia
AC37 is 10% off all products on the western Saudi shop at https://west.thebodyshop.com.sa. In Saudi Arabia the code is for the western region: Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu. The delivery page names the provinces Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Najran and Baha, and says an order for any other province is cancelled. Taif is in Makkah province and Yanbu is in the Madinah area, so they sit inside the named provinces even though the page does not print those two city names. Riyadh and the Eastern Province are not on the list. This is The Body Shop, not Bath & Body Works. Standard delivery and click and collect take 3 to 7 working days. Delivery is free above SAR 149 and SAR 20 below that. Call 8001110140 to cancel before the parcel ships. The company line is CR 4030043970, VAT 300306403500003, Jeddah. The terms name Kamal Osman Jamjoom Trading LLC at Salamah Tower, Madinah Road, Jeddah.
Returns on the western shop
Returns are 7 days from receipt on the western shop. Discounted items can only be exchanged during the sale period. AC37 still applies to all products, so a reduced item can take 10% and then be limited to an exchange. Goods must be unused, in the original packaging, with the invoice. Opened packaging is refused. Aramex calls to collect a return requested from the account, and the page says the shop pays that courier only if you use its courier and follow the steps. The terms also say delivery fees are deducted from the refund unless the fault is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are described as 10 to 14 working days after the warehouse accepts the goods. Click and collect can be taken back to a store for a cash refund. Online orders are otherwise returns, not exchanges. None of this extends AC37 to Riyadh. The western cities are Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu.
Paying, and where AC37 stops
Footer icons on the western shop include Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is not named, so it is not claimed. Ten percent of SAR 149 is SAR 14.90, and of SAR 400 is SAR 40, with no cap. If the discount pulls the goods under SAR 149, the SAR 20 fee can return. Read it after AC37. A basket for a city outside the published provinces is cancelled by the shop, whatever the code says. Use AC37 for Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu. The longer province list on the delivery page is Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Najran and Baha. If your city is in one of those provinces and is not one of the five western cities named for the code, treat the code as stated for the western region and ask the shop before you rely on it. Customer service before shipping is 8001110140.

Before you pay at The Body Shop in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 149; below that it costs SAR 20. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 7 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
