AC37 is our The Body Shop code: 10% off all products. It is for the UAE shop at thebodyshop.ae and, in Saudi Arabia, for the western region only: Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu, on west.thebodyshop.com.sa.

This is The Body Shop, not Bath & Body Works. The two brands do not share a checkout. We read both delivery pages on 2 November 2026. Free delivery starts at AED 149 in the UAE and SAR 149 on the western Saudi shop.

Top The Body Shop codes in each country

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.

How The Body Shop codes work

AC37 is 10% off all products. No cap, no minimum and no new-customer rule were set. It is not a Bath & Body Works code, and a code from that other beauty shop will not be listed here as if it were the same chain. The UAE shop is https://thebodyshop.ae. The Saudi shop is https://west.thebodyshop.com.sa, and AC37 on that shop is for the western region: Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu. Ten percent of AED 200 is AED 20. Ten percent of SAR 200 is SAR 20. The rate does not change between the two shops. What changes is the address the Saudi shop will accept. Its delivery page names the provinces Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Najran and Baha and cancels every other province. The five western cities are the ones this code is stated for. Taif is in Makkah province and Yanbu is in the Madinah area.

Getting the most from AC37

Ten percent has no written ceiling, so the saving grows with the basket and can still be smaller than the delivery fee. In the UAE the fee is AED 20 under AED 149, and delivery is free above that. On the western Saudi shop the fee is SAR 20 under SAR 149. A code that drops the goods total under the line can bring the fee back, so read shipping after AC37. Sale items are included in the 10%, because the terms say all products. The shop's own return page then limits discounted items to an exchange during the sale period. That is a return rule, not a reason to drop the code from a sale shelf. Bundles were not excluded. Click and collect uses the same free-delivery line and the same fee. UAE timing is 3 to 4 working days. The western Saudi shop says 3 to 7 working days.

Where the Saudi code stops

Say this plainly on every Saudi visit: AC37 is for the western region, for example Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu. It is not a Riyadh code and it is not an Eastern Province code. The shop behind it is west.thebodyshop.com.sa, operated in Jeddah by a branch of Kamal Osman Jamjoom Trading LLC, CR 4030043970, VAT 300306403500003. The delivery page is wider than those five city names. It lists the provinces Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Najran and Baha and says any other province is cancelled automatically. A shopper in Taif or Yanbu is inside Makkah or Madinah province. A shopper in Abha or Jizan is inside a province the shop names, and is outside the five cities this code is stated for, so the page tells them the code's limit and the shop's list together. A shopper in Riyadh is outside both. The UAE page does not use this western limit. thebodyshop.ae delivers inside the UAE.

Delivery, returns and who to call

Both shops give 7 days from receipt for a return. Packaging must be unused and unopened, with the invoice. Aramex phones to collect a return that you raise from the account. The shop pays that courier only if you use its courier and follow the steps. Delivery fees come off the refund unless the problem is a manufacturing defect. Click and collect can be handed back in store for cash. Discounted and sale-period items are limited to an exchange during the sale. Some products are non-returnable, and the page does not print the full list, so check the product. Cancel before shipping on 800111344 in the UAE or 8001110140 in Saudi Arabia. After shipping, the cancellation becomes a return. Card refunds are described as up to 10 days after the quality check, or 10 to 14 working days in the longer sentence, and the page says to call if 14 working days have passed with nothing back.

When AC37 is rejected

The first check is the shop. AC37 belongs on thebodyshop.ae or west.thebodyshop.com.sa. It does not belong on a Bath & Body Works site, and a Bath & Body Works code does not belong here. The second check, in Saudi Arabia, is the city. Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu are the western cities this code is for. An address in a province the delivery page does not name is cancelled by the shop even before the code matters. The third check is the total. There is no minimum on the 10%, so a small basket is not a predicted refusal. The fee still appears under AED 149 or SAR 149. Sale items are inside the 10%. If the field refuses, keep the message and call 800111344 in the UAE or 8001110140 on the western Saudi shop. Do not retry the same code on the other country's host.

How to use a The Body Shop code

1. In the UAE open https://thebodyshop.ae. In Saudi Arabia open https://west.thebodyshop.com.sa and use a western address: Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif or Yanbu.
2. Add the skincare, hair or body product. AC37 is 10% off all products, with no cap in the terms we were given.
3. Enter AC37 and read the shipping line. Free delivery starts at AED 149 in the UAE and SAR 149 on the western Saudi shop.
4. Do not use a Bath & Body Works checkout. The two shops are different.
5. In Saudi Arabia, stop if the address is outside the western region. The shop cancels provinces that are not on its delivery list.
