Shipping in Qatar

DZ2 is 10% off at https://qa.deraahstore.com/ar_qa, the Qatar Deraah shop (درعه). Prices are in QAR. No cap, no minimum spend and no end date were set for this code. Ten percent of QAR 200 is QAR 20. Ten percent of QAR 700 is QAR 70. The FAQ, read on 4 November 2026, is the source for the shipping and return lines on this page. The Qatar FAQ says orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 working hours if placed before 10:00, with official holidays and weekends considered. Main areas take 2 to 4 working days from the invoice, and outside them 3 to 6. The policies page says main cities take 2 to 3 working days and outside cities 3 to 6, with delivery Monday to Saturday and Sunday off. Sales, seasons and holidays can take longer. If the customer does not receive the order within 15 days of the first delivery attempt, the policies page cancels it and refunds after the shipment returns to the warehouse. Free shipping on the FAQ is from QAR 190 on the FAQ. DZ2 does not pay the shipping below that line. This page lists DZ2 only.

Seven days, and a 15-day line

The FAQ says you may return within 7 days or exchange within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the original condition, at the nearest branch after customer care confirms. A standard refund on that FAQ is 5 to 10 working days. A wrong or damaged item is also 7 days, with a refund of 5 to 15 working days. The policies page says return or exchange within 7 calendar days, and its exclusion list says returns are refused after 15 days from receipt. Both lines are printed. Hair-care or health items such as Silky and Waves come back only for a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Free gifts must come back with a full or partial return. A removed barcode or serial number is refused. The refund on the policies page is 5 to 15 working days after the returned product is received or the cancellation is confirmed. Photos plus the city and address go to WhatsApp 8001186666. DZ2 does not lengthen the return window and does not pay a fee the page did not print. Cancel from the account before the order ships. The policies page says the refund is 5 to 15 working days after approval. If it has already shipped, the process starts after the shipment returns to the main warehouse.

Payment, hours and four branches

The Qatar FAQ lists cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. It does not list mada, Apple Pay, Tamara or Tabby. Phone hours on the FAQ are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, Friday off. The policies page separately says shipping does not run on Sunday. Four branches are named: Al Sadd Street in Doha, Qatar Mall in Doha, City Center Doha, and Azan Mall in Al Wakra. Free shipping of QAR 190 or more is on the FAQ. The policies page we read did not repeat a free-shipping number, so the FAQ figure is the one quoted.
