How the Deraah code works
DZ2 is 10% off at Deraah. No cap, no minimum spend and no end date were set. Ten percent of 200 in the local currency is 20. Ten percent of 500 is 50. In Oman, ten percent of OMR 20 is OMR 2, and ten percent of OMR 40 is OMR 4. The shops that answered on 4 November 2026 are Saudi Arabia at deraahstore.com, the UAE at ae.deraahstore.com, Oman at om.deraahstore.com and Qatar at qa.deraahstore.com. Kuwait and Bahrain had no official country shop we could open, so this guide does not publish pages for them. Egypt is on this site for other shops, and it is outside the GCC scope given for DZ2, so there is no Egypt page. The Arabic name is درعه. The FAQ says the products are made in France. Phone 8001186666 and customerservice@deraah.com.sa are on each country FAQ. A second Deraah code is not listed. A commercial minimum of 50 pieces is the B2B line, not a minimum for DZ2.
Shipping is not one Gulf rule
Each country FAQ prints its own free-shipping line, and this guide does not copy one currency onto another. Saudi Arabia is free from SAR 190. The UAE is free from AED 190. Oman is free from OMR 19. Qatar is free from QAR 190 on the FAQ, while the Qatar policies page did not repeat a number. Riyadh, on the Saudi FAQ, is within 48 hours if you order before 10:00, then main cities 2 to 4 working days and outside them 4 to 7. The UAE and Qatar FAQs say preparation of 48 to 72 working hours if you order before 10:00. UAE and Qatar main areas are 2 to 4 working days on the FAQ, while their policies pages say 2 to 3, and outside areas 3 to 6. Oman is 3 to 4 working days in main cities and 5 to 7 outside, with no 48-hour line. UAE and Qatar policies also say delivery is Monday to Saturday, Sunday off, and that an uncollected order is cancelled 15 days after the first delivery attempt, once it is back at the warehouse. DZ2 does not pay the shipping under the free line.
Return windows that should stay apart
Saudi Arabia allows a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The exchange is the same product only, and only for damage or a manufacturing defect. The bank refund is 4 to 14 working days, after you are sent to a branch. Oman is also 7 days, with a courier pickup or the nearest branch, and the same 4 to 14 working days. Qatar's FAQ says return within 7 days or exchange within 7 days, with a refund of 5 to 10 working days, or 5 to 15 for a wrong or damaged item. Qatar's policies page keeps the 7-day accept line and also says a return is refused after 15 days from receipt. The UAE FAQ and policies say 15 calendar days, unused and packed as received, with a refund of 5 to 10 working days on the ordinary FAQ line and 5 to 15 on the damaged line and the policies page. A golden-warranty section on the UAE terms prints a further 30 days for electronic orders, then 7 to 14 working days if the return is accepted. Hair-care lines such as Silky and Waves are limited, on the UAE and Qatar policies, to a manufacturing defect or transit damage. DZ2 does not pick one clock and delete the others.
Hours, payment and branches
Saudi and Oman phone hours are Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 to 18:00, Thursday 9:00 to 16:00, Friday off. UAE and Qatar phone hours are Saturday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00, Friday off. The number is 8001186666, also written with the Saudi country code. WhatsApp is on that number where the country page says so. Saudi payment is Visa, Mastercard, mada, Apple Pay, cash on delivery, and Tamara and Tabby inside Saudi cities. UAE and Qatar list cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards, and they do not list the Saudi instalment methods. Oman says cash on delivery is available now and other Oman methods are being enabled. Branches: more than 850 in 162 Saudi cities, 15 in the UAE, 11 in Oman, and 4 in Qatar. The Oman FAQ mentions the Saudi 850 in the same sentence. Use the country count on the country page. A cancellation before the order is prepared is done from the account. After shipping, Saudi waits for Riyadh, Oman waits for Muscat, and the UAE and Qatar wait for the main warehouse.
When DZ2 is refused
Start on the country host. A Saudi code entered on the UAE shop, or the reverse, is the wrong site even when the percentage is the same. DZ2 has no minimum and no cap in the terms we were given, so a small bottle is not refused for a spend rule this page does not have, and a large order is not cut by a ceiling this page does not have. The field can still refuse a second offer. Remove it and try DZ2 alone. Shipping under the free line, and any return that the country page excludes, sit outside the 10 percent. Kuwait, Bahrain and Egypt are not DZ2 pages here. If the code fails, use 8001186666 or customerservice@deraah.com.sa, inside the hours of that country. The coupon field on the FAQ is the basket: type the code and press use. This guide lists DZ2 only.
How to use a Deraah code
- Open the Deraah shop for your country and confirm the currency. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar each have a host.
- Add the perfume, oud or care product. DZ2 is 10% off. No cap or minimum was set.
- Enter DZ2 in the basket coupon field and read the discount before you pay.
- Free shipping starts at SAR 190, AED 190, OMR 19 or QAR 190, depending on the country FAQ.
- Return windows differ. Saudi Arabia and Oman print 7 days. Qatar prints 7 days and also a 15-day refusal. The UAE prints 15 calendar days and a 30-day golden warranty.
Frequently asked questions
Which Gulf countries does Deraah serve online?
Deraah sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.
Where are there the most Deraah codes right now?
Deraah codes are set per country. Right now we track 8 live offers across 4 countries; the UAE has the most (2). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
What does DZ2 take off?
10% off at Deraah. No cap, no minimum and no end date were set. The same wording is used in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar, in the local currency. SAR 500, AED 500 or QAR 500 is 50 off. OMR 20 is OMR 2 off. This page does not list a second Deraah code.
Which countries have a page?
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar, because those shops answered. Kuwait and Bahrain had no official Deraah host we could open. Egypt is a country on this site, and it is not part of the GCC scope given for this code, so it is not listed.
Is free shipping the same amount?
No. Saudi Arabia is SAR 190. The UAE is AED 190. Qatar's FAQ is QAR 190. Oman is OMR 19. The numbers 190 in three currencies are not one threshold, and Oman's 19 is not a shortened 190. Each country page keeps its own line.
Why do return days differ?
Because the country pages differ. Saudi Arabia and Oman print 7 days. Qatar's FAQ prints 7 days and its policies page also refuses a return after 15 days. The UAE prints 15 calendar days, plus a golden-warranty line of 30 days. This guide states each clock instead of choosing one.
Are the phone hours one timetable?
No. Saudi Arabia and Oman close Thursday at 16:00 and take Friday off, with Saturday to Wednesday at 9:00 to 18:00. The UAE and Qatar run Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, Friday off. The number is still 8001186666. Email is customerservice@deraah.com.sa.
Can I pay with Tabby everywhere?
Tabby and Tamara are on the Saudi FAQ, inside Saudi cities, with mada and Apple Pay. The UAE and Qatar FAQs list cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. Oman lists cash on delivery as the method available now. Do not carry the Saudi list into another checkout.
How many branches are there?
The Saudi FAQ says more than 850 in 162 cities. The UAE FAQ says 15. The Oman FAQ says 11 in Oman, and it repeats the Saudi 850 in the same sentence. The Qatar FAQ names 4 branches in Doha and Al Wakra. Use the figure on the country you are ordering from.
Where do I type DZ2?
In the basket, in the coupon field, then press use. That is the step on each country FAQ. Read the 10 percent in the local currency before you pay. If a second offer is already applied, remove it and try DZ2 alone. Kuwait, Bahrain and Egypt are not pages for this code.
