How to use a Crocs code
- Open the crocsgulf.com site for your country, for example en-ae or en-sa, so prices, delivery and payment options match where you live.
- If this is your first order, join Crocs Club from the site banner; the terms of the 15% welcome offer are shown when you sign up.
- Add your pairs to the bag. Price-point deals and sale items already show their reduced price, so there is nothing to type for them.
- At checkout, enter any welcome code you received in the discount field and apply it before choosing how to pay.
- Check the total, including the cash-on-delivery fee if you pick COD. There are no cashback offers at Crocs Gulf, so any saving shows on the order straight away.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
There is no delivery charge on any Kuwait order, and most parcels arrive within 1 to 2 working days. The shipping page lists a few areas that take longer, namely Al Khiran, Wafra, Abdali and Kabd, so give yourself a margin if you live there or are sending a gift. Crocs also says that out-of-service areas may be charged extra.
The one fee you control is cash on delivery at KWD 2.750. On a pair of kids' sandals that can be a noticeable share of the total, and it brings the store-credit refund rule with it. If you have a card that works online, using it keeps the order to the shoe price alone. Because there is no free-shipping threshold, single-item orders cost nothing extra to send.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Kuwait follows the Crocs Gulf 14-day window for returns and exchanges. Discounted items cannot be exchanged, so a sale pair in the wrong size has to go back as a return. The Kuwait pages do not publish whether return collection is free, so ask customer care before arranging it.
Refunds split by payment type. A card payment is refunded within 7 to 10 working days. An order paid in cash on delivery is refunded as store credit, which you then spend on the Crocs site. If you think you may need to return something, such as a first pair where you are unsure of the size, paying by card keeps your options open and returns money to you rather than credit.
Paying for Crocs in Kuwait
Kuwait has the narrowest payment list of the six Crocs Gulf sites. The shipping page names only three methods: card, cash on delivery and store credit. Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara are not listed for Kuwait, even though Apple Pay is offered in Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, so do not plan an instalment purchase here.
The page also does not say whether KNET is accepted under cards, so look at the options on the payment screen before you commit. If your card is not accepted, cash on delivery remains available for KWD 2.750. Store credit from an earlier return can be used at checkout too, which is the natural way to spend a refund from a cash order.

Before you pay at Crocs in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Crocs lists a delivery fee of KWD 0 in Kuwait; count it when you compare the saving from a code.
- Cash on delivery is available for KWD 2.750. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Crocs in Kuwait

- In Al Khiran, Wafra, Abdali or Kabd, plan for delivery to take longer than the usual 1-2 working days.
- Become a Crocs Club member ahead of your first purchase to unlock the 15% welcome offer.
