Getting help with an order
The UAE pages we hold describe shipping, returns, payment and the VogaVIP programme, but give no support phone number, email address or hours, and nothing on tracking or cancelling. Use the help options on the UAE site while signed in, and quote your order number.
What the AED 32 covers
Each UAE order costs AED 32 to deliver. The UAE shipping page says that amount pays for local delivery and service, while the store itself pays for international transport from the UK and customs clearance. One item or a dozen, the charge is the same.
UAE prices include the 5% VAT, so a normal order has no tax added at the door. A delivery time in days is not given on the pages we hold.
Sending items back
The UAE is the market with two return routes: a courier can collect the parcel from your home, or you can take it to Aramex yourself. Whichever you pick, the return must happen within 14 days of delivery, and AED 16 comes off the refund. Exchanges are not available.
- Make sure you are within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Request the return from VogaCloset and choose home collection or Aramex drop-off.
- Pack the items securely with any labels the store provides.
- Hand the parcel to the courier, or leave it at the Aramex point and keep the receipt.
- Allow for AED 16 to be deducted from the refund.
Working out your refund
Two amounts come out of what you paid: the AED 16 return fee and the AED 32 delivery charge, which the store keeps. If you return an AED 180 dress from a single-item order, AED 164 comes back, and the order has cost you AED 48 overall. The UAE facts do not say how long a refund takes or in what form a cash-on-delivery refund is issued.
Payment and VogaVIP points
Payment on the UAE site is in dirhams, by Visa or Mastercard, through PayPal, or in instalments with Tabby or Tamara. Paying cash at the door is allowed up to, but not including, AED 2,050. Frequently asked questions
Can VogaCloset collect a return from my home in the UAE?
Yes. UAE returns can go by home collection or you can drop the parcel at Aramex, whichever suits you. Both have to be booked inside the 14 days after the parcel arrives, and the AED 16 return fee is deducted from the refund in either case.
Why pay AED 32 if the store covers international shipping?
Because the AED 32 is for the local leg. The UAE shipping page says the charge covers local delivery and service, while VogaCloset pays for moving the parcel from the UK and clearing it through customs. The amount is per order, so combining items into one order keeps it to a single charge.
What would returning an AED 180 item cost me?
AED 48 in total if it was the only item in the order. You get AED 164 back after the AED 16 return fee, while the AED 32 you paid for delivery stays with the store. If the item was one of several in the order, the delivery charge is shared across what you keep.
Which brands does VogaCloset sell?
VogaCloset says it carries more than 80,000 items from over 400 brands, including PrettyLittleThing, boohoo and Karen Millen, across women's, men's and kids' clothing, shoes and accessories. Everything ships from its UK warehouse, which is why delivery is a single per-order charge.
Can I cancel or change a VogaCloset order in the UAE?
Cancellation and order changes are not described on the UAE pages we hold. If you need to change something, contact the store through the UAE site as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been delivered, the return route applies: 14 days, by pickup or Aramex, with AED 16 deducted.
My order is over AED 2,050. Which payment methods are left?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Tabby and Tamara. Cash on delivery only covers orders under AED 2,050. If you have built up 500 or more active VogaVIP points, they can also be used at checkout to cover part of the total.
