Support, tracking and cancelling
The Oman pages we hold give no support phone, email or hours, and say nothing about tracking or cancelling an order. Contact the store through the Oman site's help options.
Delivery and duty
An Oman order costs OMR 4.50 to deliver, the same for one item as for many. Displayed Omani prices have the 5% duty built in. For orders above the high-value threshold, duties are worked out at checkout, so the courier should not collect anything. Delivery times in days are not stated on the pages we hold.
Returning from Oman
Returns from Oman are picked up at home within 14 days of delivery. OMR 1.50 is deducted from the refund, and exchanges are not part of the service.
- Make sure the delivery was no more than 14 days ago.
- Ask VogaCloset Oman to arrange a home collection.
- Pack the items for the courier.
- Check the refund, which will be OMR 1.50 less than the item value.
What comes back
Two amounts stay with the store when you return in Oman: the OMR 1.50 return fee and the OMR 4.50 delivery charge. Sending back a whole OMR 30 order thus returns OMR 28.50 and costs you OMR 6 in total. Refund timing and the refund method for cash orders are not stated for Oman.
Paying from Oman
Oman orders are charged in Omani rials. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard or through PayPal, and cash at the door is allowed up to just under OMR 210; instalments and Apple Pay are absent from the Oman payment page. Discount codes are on our VogaCloset coupon page.

Frequently asked questions
Which cards can I use on VogaCloset Oman?
Visa and Mastercard. The Oman payment page also lists PayPal and cash on delivery for orders under OMR 210. Everything is charged in Omani rials, so there is no currency conversion on a local card. Apple Pay and instalment services are not listed for Oman.
Will a courier pick up my VogaCloset return in Oman?
Yes. Oman returns are by home collection, arranged within 14 days of delivery. You do not pay the courier; the OMR 1.50 return fee is taken from your refund instead. Exchanges are not offered, so order a new size separately if you need one.
What does returning a full OMR 30 order cost?
OMR 6. The refund is OMR 28.50 after the OMR 1.50 return fee, and the OMR 4.50 delivery charge stays with the store. On cheaper orders the same OMR 6 is a bigger share of the total, so check sizes before ordering low-priced items.
My order is over OMR 210. How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Cash on delivery stops below OMR 210, and Oman has no instalment option on the payment page. A large order could also cross the high-value threshold, in which case any duties are added at checkout.
What is the high-value threshold for duties in Oman?
VogaCloset does not publish the amount. It says that for orders above the threshold, duties are calculated at checkout, while normal orders already include the 5% duty in their prices. Either way, the courier should not ask you for payment.
Can I cancel a VogaCloset order in Oman?
The Oman pages we hold do not describe cancellation. Contact the store through the Oman site straight away. If the parcel arrives, you can return eligible items by home collection within 14 days, with OMR 1.50 deducted and the delivery charge kept.
