VogaCloset Bahrain: delivery, returns and customer service

Getting in touch

A support phone number, email address or hours for Bahrain do not appear on the pages we hold, and tracking and cancellation are not covered. Use the help options on the Bahrain site. The one contact point the Bahrain shipping page does flag is this: if a courier asks you to pay anything on delivery, get in touch with the store.

Delivery, customs and ID

Each Bahrain order carries a BHD 4.50 delivery charge, whatever the number of items. On orders above the high-value threshold, duties are charged at checkout. At the door, the only thing the courier may want is an ID copy, because every charge is paid when you check out. Delivery times in days and the threshold amount are not stated on the pages we hold.

Returns

In Bahrain a courier picks the return up at your address. Book it inside 14 days of the delivery date; BHD 1.50 comes off the refund. Lingerie, swimwear and beauty items cannot be returned at all.

1. Check you are within 14 days of delivery and that the item is not lingerie, swimwear or a beauty product.
2. Request a return with home collection from VogaCloset Bahrain.
3. Pack the items and hand them to the courier when they call.
4. Expect the refund to arrive BHD 1.50 short of the item value.

Refunds

The Bahrain facts fix one deduction, the BHD 1.50 return fee. Returning a BHD 25 pair of shoes therefore brings back BHD 23.50. Refund timing, the refund method for cash orders and whether the delivery charge is refunded are not stated for Bahrain.

Ways to pay

Bahrain orders are billed in dinars and can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay. Instalment services are not on the Bahrain payment page. Cash on delivery is accepted below BHD 200. Codes are on our VogaCloset coupon page.
