Customer service
Victoria’s Secret UAE lists the number 800-74292, WhatsApp, and live chat on the website. Opening hours are not part of the UAE facts we hold.
If a same-day order has not arrived, call. If you are arranging a return or asking whether a delivery fee will be refunded for a faulty item, WhatsApp or chat gives you a written answer you can refer back to.
Delivery options
Regular UAE shipping is AED 35 and takes a day or two; spend over AED 199 and it is free. Order before noon and you can pay AED 45 to receive it the same day.
Choosing between them is a simple sum. On an AED 250 basket, standard delivery is free and arrives within 2 days, while same-day adds AED 45. On an AED 150 basket, standard costs AED 35, so same-day costs AED 10 more for arriving the same afternoon.
Changing or cancelling an order
The UAE facts we hold do not set a cancellation deadline. With delivery taking only 1 to 2 days, or the same day, there is little time to act, so contact 800-74292 as soon as you spot a problem.
How to return an item
You get two weeks. Book a courier collection on the website, which the site lists at no charge, or bring the item to a branch. Fragrance, beauty, swimwear, lingerie and underwear are final sale.
- Make sure the piece is not fragrance, beauty, swimwear, lingerie or underwear.
- Check that you are within 14 days.
- Book the collection on the website, or carry the item to a UAE branch.
- Hand the item to the courier or complete the return at the store.
- If the item was faulty or wrong, ask for the original delivery fee to be refunded as well.
Refunds and delivery fees
The original delivery fee is only refunded when the item is faulty or wrong. On a partial return, the delivery fee is not refunded. For example, if you paid AED 35 delivery on an AED 180 order and return one item for a change of mind, you get the item price back but not the AED 35.
The UAE facts we hold do not say how many days a refund takes. Ask customer service for the expected timing, and for Tabby or Tamara purchases, how the return will change your remaining payments.
Payment options
Cards (Mastercard or Visa) and Apple Pay are taken, and so are two instalment providers: Tabby, set in the site configuration for baskets between AED 10 and AED 7,000, and Tamara, from AED 99. Frequently asked questions
I ordered at 1 PM. Can it still arrive today?
Not today. The noon cut-off for the AED 45 same-day service has passed, so the order travels by the regular service: a day or two, with the AED 35 charge dropped above AED 199. Next time something is urgent, place the order in the morning so the same-day option is still offered at checkout.
Will I get my AED 35 delivery fee back if I return part of my order?
No, unless the returned item was faulty or wrong. Victoria’s Secret UAE does not refund the delivery fee on partial returns, and refunds the original fee only for faulty or incorrect items. If you are unsure about sizes, consider ordering above AED 199 so there is no delivery fee to lose.
Is paying the UAE courier in cash possible?
Not at present; the option is switched off on the UAE site. The alternatives are a card, Apple Pay, or an instalment plan: Tabby for baskets of AED 10 to AED 7,000, or Tamara from AED 99, per the site configuration.
Which items can I not return in the UAE?
Fragrance, beauty, swimwear, lingerie and underwear are final sale. Anything else has a two-week return period, by courier collection or at a branch. If an excluded item arrives faulty or wrong, contact 800-74292, WhatsApp or chat to report it.
Is same-day delivery worth AED 45?
It depends on your basket. Over AED 199 the regular service is free, so the faster option is a full AED 45 extra for gaining a day at most. Under AED 199 you would pay AED 35 anyway, so the noon-cut-off service costs just AED 10 more.

Call the number 800-74292, message on WhatsApp, or use live chat on the website. Have your order number ready and say whether you want a home pick-up or will visit a store. If the item is faulty, mention it so the original delivery fee can be included.
