Victoria’s Secret Qatar can be reached on 8000-707, through WhatsApp, or by live chat on the website. Hours are not stated in the Qatar facts we hold.

Because Qatar returns are handled in store, customer service is most useful before you travel to a branch: to confirm the item is returnable, or to ask about an online order that has not arrived within the expected 2 to 5 days.

Delivery and store pick-up

Home delivery in Qatar takes 2 to 5 days at a charge of QAR 35, dropping to zero once the basket goes over QAR 199. On a QAR 180 basket, the fee would take the total to QAR 215, so it can be cheaper to add an item worth more than QAR 19 if it is something you want anyway.

Baskets over QAR 99 can instead be collected from a branch of your choice. That makes collection the cheaper route for anything from QAR 99 up to QAR 199, since it removes the QAR 35 charge.

Changing or cancelling an order

The Qatar facts we hold do not include a cancellation time limit or a procedure for changing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact 8000-707, WhatsApp or live chat immediately and ask whether the order can still be changed.

How to return an item

Returns in Qatar happen at a branch. Bring the item unused in the packaging it came in, together with the invoice, no later than 14 days after delivery.

  1. Confirm the item is not lingerie, underwear, fragrance or beauty, which are non-returnable.
  2. Find the invoice from your online order and keep the item in its original packaging.
  3. Bring both to a branch in Qatar before the 14 days are up.
  4. Complete the return at the store.
  5. Do not try to return a Qatar purchase in another country; cross-border returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds

The Qatar facts we hold do not say how long a refund takes or whether the delivery fee is returned. Ask at the store when you hand the item back, and keep the store receipt for the return until the money shows on your card or Apple Pay account.

Does the Qatar site take QPay?

Yes, alongside Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is currently switched off, and there is no Tabby or Tamara option, so one of these four methods is needed to complete an online order.
