Customer service
The Saudi site lists the phone number 8004414440, plus WhatsApp and live chat on the website. Service hours are not included in the Saudi facts we hold.
Use the phone for time-sensitive matters, such as a same-day order that has not arrived. WhatsApp or chat leaves a written trail, which helps when you are arranging a home pick-up for a return or checking a refund.
Delivery options
A regular Saudi shipment is quoted at 2 to 5 days; the SAR 35 charge disappears when the basket tops SAR 199. On a SAR 185 basket, adding one more item worth at least SAR 15 can cost less than paying the delivery fee.
Riyadh addresses can have the parcel the same day for SAR 45 if the order goes in before noon. An order placed at 12:30 PM, or one going to Jeddah or Dammam, falls back to the standard 2 to 5 days.
Changing or cancelling an order
A cancellation deadline for Saudi orders is not part of the facts we hold. Contact 8004414440, WhatsApp or live chat as soon as you notice an error. If you paid cash on delivery and later return the order, keep in mind that the SAR 20 cash-on-delivery fee is not refunded.
How to return an item
A two-week window applies in Saudi Arabia. You can have the courier collect the parcel from your door after booking online, or bring it to a branch yourself. Fragrance, beauty, swimwear, lingerie and underwear are final sale.
- Make sure the piece is not fragrance, beauty, swimwear, lingerie or underwear.
- Make sure you are within 14 days of delivery.
- Book a collection through the website, or carry the item to a Saudi branch.
- Hand the parcel to the courier or complete the return in store.
- Track the refund, remembering that a cash-on-delivery fee is not returned.
Refunds
The Saudi facts we hold do not give a refund timeframe. What is clear is the fee rule: on a cash-on-delivery order, the SAR 20 fee stays with the store even if you return everything. Paying by card or Apple Pay avoids that cost. For Tabby or Tamara orders, ask customer service how a return will adjust your instalment plan.
Payment options
Saudi Arabia has the widest set of options of the four sites: Apple Pay, Mastercard or Visa; instalment plans from Tamara (baskets of SAR 99 and more, per the site settings) or Tabby (from SAR 10); and payment in cash to the courier, which adds SAR 20 and is limited to orders no larger than SAR 3,500.

I live in Jeddah. Can I get same-day delivery?
No. The same-day service covers Riyadh alone, needs the order in before noon and costs SAR 45. A Jeddah address gets the regular service: 2 to 5 days, SAR 35, or free when the basket exceeds SAR 199.
I paid cash on delivery and returned the order. Why is my refund SAR 20 short?
Because the cash-on-delivery fee of SAR 20 is not refundable, even when the whole order is returned. The rest of the eligible amount is refunded under the 14-day return policy. If you expect to return items, paying by card or Apple Pay avoids losing the fee.
What is the minimum order for Tabby or Tamara?
The Saudi site’s own settings put the entry point at SAR 99 for Tamara and SAR 10 for Tabby. Both appear as options at checkout when your basket qualifies. Cash on delivery remains available up to SAR 3,500, and cards and Apple Pay have no stated limit in our facts.
Can I return a swimsuit I bought online?
No. Swimwear is final sale in Saudi Arabia, in the same group as fragrance, beauty, lingerie and underwear. Check the size chart carefully before ordering. Clothing outside those groups can still go back within two weeks.
My order is SAR 3,800. Can I pay in cash at the door?
No. Cash on delivery on the Saudi site is capped at SAR 3,500 per order, with a SAR 20 fee. For a larger basket, use a card or Apple Pay, choose an instalment plan, or split the purchase into two orders that each stay under the cap.
