Shipping speeds and charges
Checkout offers three speeds. Economy is the slowest at 16 or more business days, Standard takes 10 or more, and Express is quicker than both, though no day count is given for it. For something needed within two weeks, Standard already leaves little margin once weekends are counted, so Express is the safer choice.
The charge is worked out at checkout by combining how heavy and how large each item is with the delivery speed chosen, so two orders of the same value can cost quite different amounts to ship. Customs and VAT are part of the cost of importing; see the refunds section for when they come back.
How to return an item
Ubuy KSA does not charge you for sending a return back: it emails a label, and a courier picks the parcel up from your address. Ubuy expects the product untouched and still in the packaging it came in. Some categories cannot be returned at all: innerwear, swimwear, beauty products, perfume, grocery items, jewellery, books, batteries and digital products.
