Delivery, areas and customs
You pick Express (described only as fast), Standard (10+ business days) or Economy (16+ business days) at checkout; the tentative date on the product page also affects the timing. Items from third-party sellers outside Ubuy's store countries can take 10 to 40 days. Sellers send goods to a Ubuy warehouse for inspection before third-party couriers deliver them, and the courier calls or texts first. Listed cities include Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Mesaieed and Al Shahaniya.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from weight, size and speed, charged once per order, and gets cheaper per item as the basket grows. Products containing flammable liquids, gases or similar materials may be split into several packages. Weather, flight delays, holidays and customs checks can slow delivery.
In Qatar you are the importer of record. If customs are paid upfront, Ubuy covers any shortfall against its estimate. If not, the courier collects duties and taxes and may add handling or storage charges. If you do not answer the courier, refuse the parcel or will not pay the duties, it goes back to the country of origin and any refund excludes shipping, customs, tax and gateway charges, with a restocking fee deducted.
Tracking and changing an order
Use the track order link in your confirmation email or SMS, or enter your Order ID on the tracking page linked at the foot of the website. In the app, tap the menu icon at the top left, then my orders. Products cannot be swapped once the order is placed.
Cancelling
Open your account, find the order under recently placed and click cancel, or ask support if that is not offered. Before the seller processes it, the refund is complete; after the seller dispatches it, a minimal charge may apply; once it has shipped from Ubuy's warehouse, cancelling may not be possible. Orders flagged for suspected fraud are cancelled and refunded within 7 working days.
Returns
Ubuy Qatar only takes back items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong or with parts missing. Tell both the courier and Ubuy about damage within 3 days of delivery; other problems must be raised within 7 days, after which the policy no longer applies. The item must be unused and resalable, in the brand box with an intact price tag, manual and warranty card, and with all accessories and free gifts. You do not pay return charges. Excluded are innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, beauty, perfumes and deodorants, groceries, jewellery, pet supplies, books, music, movies, batteries, digital, refurbished and pre-owned items, and sale items unless flawed.

Refunds
Refunds begin after the warehouse receives and inspects the item. To the original payment method, allow about 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank; as UCredit, the amount shows in your Ubuy account within 24 to 48 working hours. Customs paid upfront return to the payment gateway, while customs not paid upfront come back as UCredit only. If a refund is late, check your bank account, ask your bank with the transaction ID, then contact Ubuy.
Payment methods
PayPal, Visa and Mastercard are accepted, with other options shown at the bottom of the site. Ubuy charges nothing beyond shipping and customs, but your bank may add a currency conversion fee. If you are charged but no order appears, wait 24 hours for the automatic reversal.

What happens if I refuse a Ubuy parcel in Qatar?

You can then claim a refund under the return policy, but shipping, customs, tax and gateway charges are not repaid, and a restocking fee plus any customs VAT is deducted. If the parcel is never returned, there is no refund.
Which documents might customs ask for on a Ubuy order to Qatar?
Ubuy lists a national ID, tax ID, passport, proof of payment, a statement of the item's end use, a doctor's prescription and a no-objection certificate, depending on the product. Send them quickly when the courier asks. If goods are confiscated because papers were missing, there is no refund, and if they are returned to the warehouse, only the product price comes back.
Should I take my Ubuy Qatar refund as UCredit or to my card?
UCredit is faster, appearing in your Ubuy account within 24 to 48 working hours, but it can only be spent on Ubuy.
