Ubuy Bahrain lists customer services on +973 13355520 and WhatsApp on +1 (985) 531-1119, which can be used both for questions and for placing orders. Live chat and email are reached from the Contact us page at ubuy.com.bh/en/contacts. Support is described as 24/7, and Ubuy says it can reply in your native language.

Delivery, customs and the courier call

Ubuy Bahrain offers Express (fast delivery, with no day count), Standard at 10+ business days and Economy at 16+. Fulfilled items from Ubuy's US, UK, China, Japan, Hong Kong and Korea stores arrive within the timeframe you chose at checkout; items from third-party sellers may take 10 to 40 days. Charges appear at checkout, based on weight, size and speed, are taken once per order, and fall per item as the basket grows. Goods pass through a Ubuy warehouse for inspection before a third-party courier brings them.

Customs can be paid upfront at checkout or on delivery. Paid upfront, nothing else is collected, and Ubuy covers the gap if actual duties exceed the estimate. Unpaid, the courier may collect duties, taxes and disbursement, handling, administration or bonded storage charges. As the importer of record you may be asked for a national ID, tax ID, passport, proof of payment, end-use statement, prescription or NOC.

Once customs approves the parcel, the courier contacts you to arrange delivery. Answer that call: if you do not respond, refuse the parcel or will not pay duties, it is returned to the country of origin. You may then claim a refund, minus shipping, customs, tax and gateway charges, a restocking fee and any customs VAT.

Tracking and changing an order

Track from the link in your confirmation email or SMS, from Track Order at the bottom of the website using your Order ID, or in the app via the menu icon at the top left and then my orders. Ubuy cannot change the product once the order is placed.

Cancelling

In your account, open Recently placed and click cancel; if that option is missing, contact support. An order the seller has not processed is refunded in full. A minimal charge may apply once the seller has dispatched it, and after it ships from Ubuy's warehouse to Bahrain, cancelling may not be possible. Transactions flagged as possible fraud are cancelled and refunded within 7 working days.

Returns

Ubuy Bahrain has no exchange policy. For most issues contact support within 7 days of delivery; for damaged or missing items, notify both the courier and Ubuy within 3 days. Items must be unused, resalable and complete in the original packaging, with box, manual, warranty card and MRP tag. Not returnable: innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, beauty, perfumes and deodorants, clothing freebies, grocery and gourmet, jewellery, pet supplies, books, music, movies, batteries, digital, refurbished or pre-owned products, used or installed items, tampered items or those missing serial numbers, and anything that is not damaged, defective or different from your order.

1. Check the deadline: 3 days for damage or missing items, 7 days for other problems.
2. Contact support by phone, WhatsApp or chat and describe the issue.
3. Use the upload link sent to your registered email to add photos and videos with a short description.
4. Keep the item unused and complete, with all packaging, while Ubuy reviews it.

Refunds

A refund starts after the returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse. It can go to your bank account, your Ubuy account or the original payment method: the original method takes about 7 to 10 business days depending on the bank, and UCredit arrives within 24 to 48 working hours. Shipping fees are refunded only if the order was never delivered or was lost in transit. For a late refund, check with your bank using the transaction ID before contacting Ubuy.

Payment methods

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Benefit are accepted. Ubuy adds no currency conversion fee, though your bank might. If money was taken but no order was created, wait 24 hours for an automatic reversal; for orders shown as on hold or cancelled, allow a few days or contact customer care.
