Customer service
The SHEIN pages we used for the UAE list no phone number, email address or hours for customer service. Order matters such as returns are handled from My Orders in your SHEIN account, so that is the first place to go with a question about a specific parcel.

Delivery times and fees
Express shipping to UAE addresses costs AED 20 on orders below AED 149 and is free above AED 149. The estimate SHEIN displays for the UAE is about 5 to 7 days counted from the day you order, not from dispatch. Treat it as an estimate: SHEIN presents it as the figure shown at the time, not a fixed promise.
For a fixed date, such as a party or a trip, count back at least 7 days from when you need the parcel, and longer during big sale periods. An order sitting just under AED 149 pays the AED 20 fee, which is worth comparing with the price of one more small item you actually want.
How to return an item
You have 15 days from receipt to return most items. In the UAE the return is collected by J&T or iMile and no printer is needed. The first return on each order is free, and each later return from the same order costs AED 10.
Some items cannot be returned at all, including swimwear, underwear, jewelry, beauty items, opened cosmetics and customized products. Check the item type before you order a size you are unsure of.
- Open My Orders in the SHEIN app or on the site and select the order.
- Choose Return and add every item you want to send back, so they all fall under the free first return.
- Pick a pickup method, J&T or iMile; no label printing is needed.
- Pack the items and hand them to the courier when they arrive.
- Any further return from the same order costs AED 10, so try everything on before you start the first request.
Refunds
The UAE pages we used do not state a refund timeline or say which method the money returns to. The only deduction they set is the AED 10 fee once an order's free first return has been used.
Payment methods
Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are available for UAE orders, and so is cash on delivery. The cash fee in the UAE is USD 3 under SHEIN's payment page, half the USD 6 charged in the other Gulf countries. On a small order that fee still eats into the total, so an online method is usually the cheaper choice.
