Customer service
The SHEIN pages we used for Kuwait do not list a phone number, email address or hours for customer service. Use the help or contact option in the SHEIN app or on ar.shein.com, and quote your order number. For codes, our SHEIN Kuwait coupon page has the current list.
Delivery times and fees
In Kuwait, SHEIN's express fee came in three steps when we read the shipping page on 18 October: KWD 3.11 for orders below KWD 10.89, KWD 2.49 for orders from there up to KWD 30.82, and free above KWD 30.82. These figures are converted from another currency, which is why they carry odd decimals, and they can shift slightly, so read the fee on the checkout screen.
Expect 6 to 9 days in total for Kuwait, which is SHEIN's displayed estimate; the UAE estimate is shorter at 5 to 7 days. Build in extra time when the parcel is for a set occasion.
How to return an item
Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Returns in Kuwait go through iMile, and each return label costs KWD 1.4. That amount is not paid upfront; it is deducted from the money SHEIN sends back. Unlike Saudi Arabia and the UAE, there is no free first return here.
- Decide what is going back within 15 days of receiving the parcel.
- Start one return request for all those items, since each separate label costs KWD 1.4.
- Choose iMile as the return service and follow the instructions SHEIN gives for the label.
- Hand the parcel to iMile and keep the reference you receive.
- Expect the refund to arrive KWD 1.4 lower per label than the value of the items returned.
Refunds
The one refund rule we found for Kuwait is the label deduction: KWD 1.4 comes off each refund. A single KWD 4 top returned on its own would bring back KWD 2.6. The pages we used do not say how long refunds take or which payment method they go to.
Payment methods
You can pay cash when the parcel arrives in Kuwait; SHEIN's payment page puts that service at USD 6. The pages we used do not confirm whether Tabby, Tamara or Apple Pay are offered for Kuwait, so check the options at the payment step.

Why does SHEIN shipping to Kuwait show odd amounts like KWD 3.11?
Because the fees are converted from another currency. When we read it on 18 October, the page listed KWD 3.11, KWD 2.49 and free shipping beyond KWD 30.82. Converted amounts can move a little with exchange rates, so the figure on your checkout screen is the one that applies to your order.
Does SHEIN's Kuwait delivery estimate count from dispatch or from the order?
From the order. The 6 to 9 days SHEIN displays for Kuwait are counted from the day you place the order, so they already include the time before dispatch. As this is only an estimate, give yourself a few days of margin when you are buying for an occasion with a fixed date.
Do I pay the KWD 1.4 return fee upfront?
No. The KWD 1.4 iMile label fee is deducted from your refund rather than paid at the time of the return. Each label carries its own fee, so two returns from one order lose KWD 2.8 in total, while a single return with every item inside loses KWD 1.4.
Is it worth returning a cheap SHEIN item from Kuwait?
Only if it is worth clearly more than KWD 1.4. That is the label fee taken out of each refund, so a KWD 2 item returned alone brings back only KWD 0.6. For low-priced pieces it is often better to add them to a return you are already making for other items from the same order.
Which items can I return to SHEIN from Kuwait?
Most items, within 15 days of receipt. The Kuwait information we used does not list the exclusions item by item, so check the product page and the return screen before ordering anything you may want to send back, especially intimate or personal-care products.
Can I pay SHEIN with KNET in Kuwait?
The pages we used do not say. They confirm cash on delivery for Kuwait with a USD 6 fee, but they do not list the card or instalment options for the country. Open the payment step before you commit to the order and check whether KNET or your card type appears there.
