SHEIN Oman: delivery, returns and customer service

Delivery times and fees

The estimate SHEIN shows for Oman is about 7 to 9 days, counted from the day you place the order. No other Gulf country has a longer estimate, so allow at least a week and a half when you need something for a set date, such as a school event or a family occasion.

On 18 October the shipping page put express shipping to Oman at OMR 3.08 for orders under OMR 34.27, with no charge above that line. These are converted amounts and may move a little with exchange rates, so confirm the shipping line at checkout before paying.

How to return an item

Within 15 days of receipt, most items can be sent back. For Oman, SHEIN offers self-return only: you send the parcel through a courier you pick, at your own cost, and that postage is not refunded. Because delivery takes longer here, check items the day they arrive so the 15 days are not spent waiting.

1. Inspect and try on the items as soon as the parcel arrives.
2. Log the return against your SHEIN order and take note of the return address provided.
3. Choose a courier and compare prices, since the postage is not refunded.
4. Put all returning items into one parcel and send it within 15 days of receipt.
5. Keep the courier receipt and tracking number until the refund appears.

Refunds

Your refund covers the returned items only; the courier fee you paid stays with you. The Oman information we used sets no refund timeline and does not say which payment method the money goes back to.

Payment methods

Paying cash at the door is possible in Oman, with USD 6 added to the order. The information we used does not set out which cards, wallets or instalment plans Oman checkout accepts, so review the payment screen before placing the order.
