Delivery in Saudi Arabia
ALM is 10% off at https://selene-official.com, the Saudi shop of Selene (سيلين). Prices are in SAR. No cap and no end date were set. Ten percent of SAR 200 is SAR 20. Ten percent of SAR 800 is SAR 80. The homepage, read on 4 November 2026, says delivery is fast and free on orders over SAR 300. A fee below SAR 300 was not printed as a number, so it is not guessed here. The same homepage says exchange and return run until 21 days from the creation of the order, not from the day the parcel arrives. The shop describes itself as a Saudi fashion label for women, men and children, with everyday clothes. An English catalogue sits at /en. This guide has a Saudi page only.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges go through the shop's returns platform. You enter the order number and take a code by email or WhatsApp, then pick the items and add a reason and photos. The page names examples: wrong size, a colour difference, or a damaged item. Inside Riyadh, a representative calls within 48 hours to collect the goods. Outside Riyadh, a shipping-label link is emailed within 24 hours, and the courier then calls. In both cases the clothes have to go back in the original plastic packaging and box, or the request cannot be processed. Every request is inspected at the Riyadh warehouse before it is approved. The status of the request is updated so you can follow it. The 21 days on the homepage are counted from the creation of the order. ALM does not change that clock, and it does not add a cap.
The banner and the code
The homepage also says loyalty programmes and exclusive reductions are part of being a customer, without printing the points or the tiers, so those details are not filled in here. It says technical support is available around the clock. A complaints page invites email, and it does not print the address in the lines we used. A WhatsApp control is on the homepage without a number in the text we read. Card details, when you give them, are described on the privacy page as encrypted. No card brands were named in that paragraph. On 4 November 2026 the homepage was also showing a Black Friday outlet, written as a discount of up to 80 percent for a limited time, and a winter collection. That sale is the shop's own banner. It is not a term of ALM, and it is not given an end date on the lines we used. Ten percent from ALM still has no ceiling in the terms we were given. Read the discount line and the shipping line after the code, in case the basket falls under SAR 300.
