Delivery speeds and fees
In Riyadh you can pay for faster delivery: next day costs SAR 25, same day SAR 35, and 3-hour delivery SAR 50 on smaller orders. Anything ordered on a Friday, or once the daily cut-off has passed, counts as the following working day, meaning a Friday order with next-day delivery is handled from Saturday.
The shipping page sets free standard delivery at SAR 500, while SAR 800 or SAR 1,000 appears on certain product pages. Some items ship from the Ounass warehouse in the UAE, and those can carry different fees, so rely on the total in your basket summary.
Tracking and changes
The Saudi facts we hold do not describe tracking or editing an order. If you chose a paid Riyadh speed, keep the cut-off and Friday rule in mind before chasing a parcel. For any change, contact Ounass as soon as possible after ordering.
Returns
Ounass accepts returns from Saudi Arabia free of charge, with no questions asked, within 30 days of delivery. The detailed booking steps are on the Saudi FAQ, which we could not reload, so the routine below keeps to the published conditions.

- Keep the piece unused with tags and its Ounass packaging.
- Request the return through your Ounass account or the Saudi customer service options.
- Hand the parcel over as instructed and keep the return confirmation.
Refunds
The payment method decides the form of your refund. An order paid by cash on delivery is refunded as store credit, not cash. As an example, if you pay SAR 1,200 plus the SAR 25 cash-on-delivery charge and return the bag, the refund goes to your Ounass balance rather than back to you in cash. Paying by mada or card avoids that. Refund times are not published in the facts we hold.
Payment, cash on delivery and instalments
mada cards are supported for Saudi customers. Paying the courier in cash adds SAR 25 and is capped at a SAR 7,500 order value. The instalment caps are SAR 6,500 with Tabby and SAR 5,000 with Tamara, and pre-orders are excluded from both. Frequently asked questions
Why is my Ounass order from Saudi Arabia shipping from the UAE?
Some items are held in the Ounass warehouse in the UAE rather than in Saudi Arabia, and those can carry different delivery fees from the Saudi standard. The order summary shows the fee that applies. If a single item is shipping from the UAE, check the total before paying rather than relying on the SAR 500 free-delivery level.
What happens to an Ounass order placed on a Saudi Friday?
It is processed as if placed on the next working day, and the same applies after the daily cut-off. That shifts paid Riyadh options too: a next-day order placed on Friday is counted from Saturday. If you need something for a weekend occasion, order before the cut-off on Thursday.
Can I pay for an Ounass pre-order with Tabby or Tamara?
No. Tabby and Tamara are not available for pre-orders at Ounass Saudi Arabia. On ordinary orders the caps are SAR 6,500 with Tabby and SAR 5,000 with Tamara. A pre-order has to be paid by card, mada or, within the SAR 7,500 limit, cash on delivery with its SAR 25 charge.
What happens to the money if I return a cash-on-delivery order to Ounass?
You get Ounass store credit back rather than cash. The SAR 25 cash-on-delivery charge is part of what you paid at the door. If there is a real chance you will return the item, paying with mada or a card is the better choice, because the store-credit rule applies to cash-on-delivery orders.
Do I need a reason to return an Ounass order in Saudi Arabia?
No. Returns from Saudi Arabia are accepted with no questions asked, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Keep the item unused with its tags and packaging so it is accepted when it arrives back. The refund form still depends on how you paid: cash-on-delivery orders come back as store credit.
How much can I pay in cash at the door for a Saudi Ounass order?
Up to SAR 7,500 per order, and each cash-on-delivery order costs SAR 25 extra. A watch or bag above that amount has to be paid by card, mada, or by instalments if it sits under the SAR 6,500 Tabby or SAR 5,000 Tamara caps. Pre-orders cannot use the instalment options.
