Ounass Bahrain: delivery, returns and customer service

Frequently asked questions

When should I order from Ounass for a date in Bahrain?

At least 6 days before. Delivery to Bahrain takes 2 to 6 days, and the facts we hold do not describe a faster option. The Bahrain site advertises free and fast delivery, but for a wedding, birthday or Eid gift it is safer to work from the upper end of the range.

Will a courier ask me for customs on an Ounass parcel in Bahrain?

You should not have to pay. For Bahrain orders the duties and customs taxes are paid by Ounass, so the checkout total is final. If anyone asks for a customs payment at the door, contact Ounass with your order number before paying, so they can check what is happening.

Can I pay with BENEFIT at Ounass Bahrain?

BENEFIT is not mentioned in the Bahrain facts we hold, and cash on delivery is not available in Bahrain. Plan to pay by card, and check the payment step at checkout to see which methods are offered for your order before you rely on a local debit option.

How do I start an Ounass return from Bahrain?

Contact Ounass through the Bahrain site with your order number. Returns from Bahrain are cost-free, but the window and booking steps are not in the facts we hold, so confirm the deadline first. Keep the item unused with its tags and packaging until the return is collected.

How long does an Ounass refund take for Bahrain?

Ounass does not publish a refund timeline for Bahrain in the facts we hold. Because cash on delivery is not offered there, every order is paid in advance by card, so ask for the refund to go back to the same card and confirm the expected timing when you arrange the return.

Does Ounass deliver to all areas of Bahrain?

The facts we hold do not list delivery areas or exclusions for Bahrain. They confirm free and fast delivery advertised on the Bahrain site and a 2 to 6 day delivery time. Enter your full address at checkout, and contact Ounass if your area is not accepted.
