Delivery from the Kuwait warehouse
Pieces held in stock locally, in the Kuwait warehouse, offer three speeds: a 2-hour slot, same-day and next-day. Delivery is free from KWD 40; below that, you pay between KWD 2 and KWD 4, and the quicker the slot, the higher the charge.
Timing rules matter for the faster options. Anything ordered once it is past 8 pm, and anything ordered on a public holiday, is logged against the next working day, so a same-day order placed at 9 pm is handled the following day.
Tracking and changes
The Kuwait facts we hold do not describe a tracking tool or how to edit an order. With 2-hour and same-day options, changes need to be raised quickly, so contact Ounass straight after ordering if the address or the item is wrong.
Returns with pickup

Refunds
Refunds cover the items, while the first delivery charge stays with Ounass. Say you paid KWD 4 for 2-hour delivery on a KWD 35 order and return it, you get KWD 35 back, not KWD 39. Refund times and routes are not published in the facts we hold.
Payment
