Customer service
Foot Locker Qatar's number is 8000-707, answered 09:00–22:00 from Saturday through Thursday and 13:00–22:00 on Friday. WhatsApp is also offered. Qatar's listing in our records does not mention live chat.
Delivery and Click & Collect
Orders over QAR 399 ship free and arrive within 1–3 days. What smaller orders pay for delivery is left out of the delivery page, so read the checkout total. Same-day delivery covers orders placed before 12:00, and there are no deliveries on Fridays, so an order placed on Thursday afternoon will not arrive until Saturday at the earliest.
Click & Collect starts at QAR 49 and takes 1–3 days, the same range as home delivery. For a basket under QAR 399, it is worth comparing the two totals at checkout.
Tracking and cancellation
Our records of Foot Locker Qatar's delivery and returns pages do not cover tracking, changing or cancelling an order. Call 8000-707 or send a WhatsApp message with your order number; on a Friday, the phone line only opens at 13:00.
Returns
Qatar shoppers get 14 days to return a purchase. You can book a collection from your address through your account, or drop it off at a branch. Two categories, underwear and swimwear, are excluded.
- Make sure you are within 14 days and the item is not underwear or swimwear.
- Sign in to your Foot Locker Qatar account and start the return for the order.
- Arrange the pick-up from your address, or hand it in at any Qatari branch.
- Keep the order number and any return reference until the refund appears.
Refunds
The Qatari information we hold does not give a refund timeline or explain how each payment method is refunded. If a refund has not appeared after a reasonable wait, contact 8000-707 or WhatsApp with your order number.
Payment methods

Frequently asked questions
If I order on Thursday evening, when will it arrive?
Not before Saturday. Same-day delivery only covers orders placed before 12:00, and Foot Locker Qatar does not deliver on Fridays. A Thursday evening order therefore goes into the standard 1–3 day timeline, starting from Saturday. If you need it sooner, order before noon on Thursday.
Is there live chat for Foot Locker Qatar?

Is Click & Collect slower than delivery in Qatar?
Not according to the published times. Both take 1–3 days. Click & Collect needs a minimum basket of QAR 49, while home delivery is free only above QAR 399. For a smaller basket, compare the two totals at checkout, since the delivery fee below QAR 399 is not published.
Can I return a Qatar order at a Foot Locker in another country?
The Qatar information we hold does not address this. Each Gulf Foot Locker runs as a separate online store, so plan to return within Qatar, either by pick-up from your address or at a Qatari branch, and ask 8000-707 before travelling with an item.
