Customer service
Call Foot Locker Bahrain on 8000-1320. The team answers 09:00–22:00 from Saturday through Thursday and 13:00–22:00 on Friday. WhatsApp is also available; our records do not list live chat for Bahrain.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 1–3 days and is free once the basket passes BHD 35; Foot Locker Bahrain does not say what smaller baskets pay. A same-day option costs BHD 3.5 for orders placed before 12:00. There are no deliveries on Fridays.
Example: a BHD 30 pair ordered at 10:00 on Wednesday with the same-day option should arrive that day for BHD 3.5. The same order placed at 13:00 on Thursday waits until Saturday at the earliest.
Tracking and cancelling
The Bahrain delivery and returns details in our records do not explain tracking, edits or cancellation. Call 8000-1320 or send a WhatsApp message with your order number, ideally before 12:00 if you used the same-day option.
Returns in store
You have 14 days from delivery, and Bahrain's returns information only sets out an in-store process, with no home collection mentioned. Underwear and swimwear are not accepted. Foot Locker also says items bought in one Gulf country are not accepted back in a different one, so an order from a different Foot Locker Gulf site cannot be handed in at a Bahraini branch.
- Check the delivery date; you have 14 days from that day.
- Confirm the item is not underwear or swimwear.
- Take the item, with its order details, to any Bahraini branch.
- If you paid cash, expect the BHD 2 cash fee to be kept.
Refunds
The Bahraini information we hold does not give refund timings by payment method. The one firm rule is that the BHD 2 cash-on-delivery fee is not refunded. On a BHD 40 cash order returned in full, you would get BHD 40 back but not the BHD 2 fee.
Payment
Benefit Pay, Apple Pay and Visa or Mastercard cards are all accepted. Cash at the door is possible for baskets worth BHD 350 or less, at an extra BHD 2 per order. No instalment provider (Tabby or Tamara) operates on the Bahrain site. Choosing Benefit Pay or a card means there is no cash fee to lose on a return. Frequently asked questions
Can a courier collect my return in Bahrain?
Bahrain's returns information only covers in-store returns, with no home pick-up. Hand it in at a local branch no later than 14 days after delivery. Underwear and swimwear are not accepted, and anyone who paid on delivery loses the BHD 2 cash charge.
Does same-day delivery run every day in Bahrain?
No. Orders must be in before 12:00 and cost BHD 3.5, but there are no deliveries on Fridays. An order placed on Friday, or after noon on Thursday, therefore cannot arrive before Saturday. Plan gifts and match-day kit with that gap in mind.
What is the cash-on-delivery limit in Bahrain?
BHD 350 per order, with a BHD 2 fee that is not refunded. Larger orders must be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Benefit Pay or Apple Pay. If you pay cash and return the order, you get back the order value but not the fee.
How do I count the 14-day return period?
From the delivery date, according to the Bahrain returns information. If your parcel arrived on the 3rd of the month, the last day to bring it to a store is the 17th. Check the opening hours of your nearest branch, particularly on Fridays, so you are not caught out on the final day.
Is there a pay-later option in Bahrain?
No. The Bahrain site offers no Tabby or Tamara plans. You can still choose among cards, Benefit Pay, Apple Pay and cash, which is capped at BHD 350. Benefit Pay is the local option that avoids the BHD 2 cash fee while still paying from a Bahraini bank account.
My Bahrain order is late. Who do I call?
Call 8000-1320 between 09:00 and 22:00 Saturday through Thursday, or 13:00 to 22:00 on Friday, or send a WhatsApp message with your order number. Remember that standard delivery takes 1–3 days and nothing is delivered on Fridays before you report an order as late.
