How to use FAG
- Add items to your basket in the El Faleh app or website.
- At checkout, paste FAG into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names FAG before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a El Faleh code
- Open https://elfaleh.sa and confirm the prices are in SAR. This shop delivers inside Saudi Arabia.
- Add the equipment, shoes or apparel. FAG is 4% off. No cap was set for this code.
- Enter FAG and read the discount line before you pay.
- Free delivery on the shop banner starts at SAR 299. Installation in a covered city is a separate SAR 50 or SAR 115 line.
- You have 8 days from receipt to ask for a return, unused and in the original packaging. A change of mind pays the shipping.
Shipping and installation
FAG is 4% off at https://elfaleh.sa, the Saudi sports shop of El Faleh (شركة الفالح، بيت الرياضة الفالح). Prices are in SAR. No cap and no end date were set. Four percent of SAR 500 is SAR 20. Four percent of SAR 2,000 is SAR 80. The shop says it has supplied sports equipment in the Kingdom since 1957, and the headquarters line places it in Al Malaz, Sitteen Street, Riyadh. The banner on the shop, read on 3 November 2026, says free delivery from SAR 299. A fee below that line was not printed as a single number, so it is not invented here. Installation with delivery is SAR 50 including VAT in the cities the shop covers. Other cities can be shipped without installation, where a courier covers them. A separate installation visit in a covered city is SAR 115 including VAT. The same visit does delivery and installation. The site has to be ready. This guide has a Saudi page only.
Returns
Returns are 8 days from receipt. The goods have to be unused, in the original packaging, with labels and accessories. Branch counters do not take the return. The steps run through the returns page and the Yamm service: order number, mobile number, the item, a map pin, a courier, and an IBAN when the refund is not going straight back to a mada or credit card. A manufacturing defect, damage on arrival or the wrong item is free of shipping, and the page also says a SAR 30 bank-transfer fee is not charged in that case. Report damage within 48 hours. A change of mind pays the shipping, and if the original order had free delivery you also pay that delivery back, plus a matching cost to send the goods. If a return fails the quality check, the customer pays the shipments both ways, written as SAR 30 each way. Underwear, swimwear, sports bras, socks, compression gear, headbands, caps, gloves and opened bottles cannot be returned. Machines and tools come back only in the original carton, unless they are faulty. Installed goods are a separate case: returning one can add the installation fee of SAR 172.5 including VAT. Refunds are described as 7 to 14 days depending on the payment method. Promo stock can lose the discount if part of the offer comes back. The shop says it does not offer an exchange. You return first, then buy again.
Paying
FAG is 4% off the product price. It does not cancel installation. A treadmill that needs fitting in a covered city is SAR 50 including VAT for delivery and installation together, or SAR 115 including VAT if installation is booked on its own. If you later return that installed machine, the page can charge SAR 172.5 including VAT for the installation. The service fee is not refunded when the customer does not receive the goods for the customer's own reason. If a shipped order is refused, or nobody answers the courier, it comes back and the shipping is deducted, including a free-delivery order, plus a matching return cost. Online payment is mada, and Visa or Mastercard issued by Saudi banks. The shop says it does not store the card. Cash on delivery is named in the returns rules, and its fee is not given as a number, so no fee is printed here. Instalments are mentioned without a provider name in the lines we used. Customer email on the returns page is ec@elfalehhelp.zendesk.com. Four percent has no written ceiling.

Before you pay at El Faleh in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 299. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 8 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at El Faleh in Saudi Arabia
