Customer service
The Qatar shop is part of the Alshaya-run Bath & Body Works network. No customer service phone number, email or hours for Qatar appear in our records, which were drawn from the store's product and gift pages rather than a help page.
Delivery speeds and areas
The store delivers to Doha, Wakrah and the rest of Qatar. Orders above QAR 119 travel free with next-day delivery. If you need the order the same day, that service costs QAR 40. The fee for a standard order under QAR 119 is not published, so the basket total at checkout is where you will see it.
As a worked example, a QAR 100 basket needs another QAR 20 or more of products to cross the free-delivery line, which is half the cost of same-day delivery. Ordering through Alshaya's app is possible too, since it ships to Qatar.
Tracking, changes and cancelling
Tracking, order changes and cancellation rules for Qatar are not published in our records. With next-day delivery as the standard above QAR 119, assume there is little time to amend an order once it is placed.
Returns and refunds
Bath & Body Works does not publish a return window, return steps or refund timing for Qatar in the records we hold, and our official sources for Qatar do not include a returns page. Ask the store before ordering if you might need to send something back.
Payment
Cash on delivery is offered in Qatar, according to a banner on the store's pages; no fee or order limit is published for it. Cards, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara are not confirmed in our records. Store deals and codes are covered on the Bath & Body Works coupon page.

Frequently asked questions
Does Bath & Body Works deliver outside Doha?
Yes: Doha, Wakrah and all other parts of Qatar are listed as delivery areas. Orders over QAR 119 ship free for next-day arrival, and QAR 40 buys same-day delivery, but nothing says whether outlying areas match the speed in Doha.
How much does same-day delivery cost in Qatar?
QAR 40. That is more than a third of the QAR 119 free-delivery threshold, so it suits urgent orders. If you can wait until tomorrow, a basket above QAR 119 arrives the next day at no charge. No same-day order deadline is given.
How do I contact Bath & Body Works in Qatar?
A phone number, email or support hours for Qatar are not published in the records we hold. The store is run by Alshaya, which also operates the Bath & Body Works Arabia app, so the contact options in the app or on the Qatar website are the places to start.
Can I return a Bath & Body Works order in Qatar?
The return terms for Qatar are not published in our records: there is no confirmed window, procedure or refund time. Before buying scents you have not tried, ask the store how returns work, and keep the packaging and receipt until you are sure.
Does paying cash at the door in Qatar cost extra?
None is published. The Qatar store's banner confirms cash on delivery but gives no surcharge or order cap. Check the order summary before you confirm, and if a cash fee appears, compare it with paying online.
What is the delivery fee for orders under QAR 119?
It is not published. The store's pages state only that orders above QAR 119 get free next-day delivery and that same-day delivery is QAR 40. Add items to your basket and the checkout will show the standard charge for smaller orders.
